Trattoria offering fresh, quality traditional and game dishes. Responsive and friendly staff. Wanting to try more first courses, they made us a tasting plate. Good value for money. The desserts are also amazing. If you want to spend a lunch or dinner eating excellent food and feeling at home, this is the right place for you. I will definitely be back!

06/11/2024: Years pass at Sergio's but it remains my favorite place to eat in Olevano Romano! Let me start by saying that Sergio is a fantastic person full of life and joy! Every time I go I am always satisfied with the dishes which change according to the seasons and I can guarantee you that Sergio only has genuine zero km products!! The pizza is also fantastic! The atmosphere you feel in his restaurant is positive both for the food and for the welcome and friendliness! Don't preclude your culinary experience in this restaurant and knowing Sergio who is special!! See you soon!
18/10/2024: Absolutely delicious food, everything was freshly prepared, even the dessert. The owner was really friendly and helpful and the prices were quite affordable.

03/08/2024: Excellent quality Roman streetfood. The flavor of all the dishes we tried was very good, despite the unusual combinations of ingredients. There is a lot of work and creativity in every husband. The wifi works great. But if I can make a suggestion, I would tell you not to use disposable paper plates and cutlery. It would do the dishes more justice, and be better for the environment, if you used re-usable cutlery
