An extraordinary dinner in a very well-appointed location. I'm not a fan of raw meat, but it was a spectacle: the crudo was amazing, the Florentine steak was unique, and the cut was simply exquisite. The host was able to guide and advise us on this wonderful journey. The price was in the medium-high range, but quality and expertise come at a price.

The restaurant is meticulously maintained, the meat is good, though not as excellent as I expected, and the staff is friendly, especially Leonardo, who is punctual and very attentive to the customer. Unfortunately, the prices are above average; for example, the €3 cover charge is a bit steep.

Very good food, sophisticated and delicious combinations. A paradise for meat lovers; I had a hard time choosing between the various options, each more tempting than the last. Vegetarian options are also available. Impeccable service. We'll definitely be back!

The restaurant has reopened in a new location that retains its traditional colors and unmistakable logo in Ospedaletto di Istrana, not far from its former location. It maintains the high professional quality of its meat dishes and more, which are always prepared with the mastery that distinguishes Hosteria dai Bastardi. To top it all off, a beautiful new location with ample parking and a terrace. Fantastic.

Ottima cena di carne. Abbiamo preso della carne di media cottura. Prima una tartare e due bruschette. Carta dei vini migliorabile. Abbiamo preso una bottiglia di 10 (10 annate in una bottiglia) ottimo vino abruzzese. Buono il servizio e il rapporto qualità prezzo.
