punctual service and good food, I recommend the cod. average price, only flaw the appetizers are a bit expensive.

This was the first restaurant we tried on our recent trip to Rome, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations despite the glowing reviews. It ended up being our least favorite meal of the trip. Both the carbonara and mezze maniche alla gricia were overwhelmingly salty—so much so that they were nearly inedible. At first, I thought it might just be the excessive amount of grated cheese the chef had added atop our dishes, but the sauce and pasta were also too salty alone. The rest of our group had the ragu, vaccinara, and bistecca, which were decent, but nothing exceptional. The service left much to be desired, with the waiter being inattentive and difficult to get a hold of. While the restaurant’s aesthetic was charming, it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be returning.

Authentic Roman cuisine! Tasty dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and following traditional recipes. The carbonara and amatriciana are simply perfect. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and easy-going staff. Fair prices and generous portions. Highly recommended for a true taste of Rome!

Salve a tutti, ristorante consigliato da alcuni amici, dobbiamo dire...consiglio giusto. Infatti siamo stati due sere presso questo ristorante che prepara squisiti primi della cucina romana, una fantastica trippa ed una coda alla vaccinara molto buona, anche i dolci sono buonissimi. Servizio impeccabile, personale disponibile e gentile. Spero di ritornarci appena saremo nuovamente a Roma. Super Consigliato...
