The decidedly innovative booking system provides the choice of dishes via an application that can be activated with a QR code present on the table with the particularity of pricing each dish and quantity chosen. So forget about the waiter with pen and paper or tablet. Interesting, although in my opinion it is impractical for people of a certain age. Average price although difficult to evaluate as it is compared to what you ordered (the menu is very complex)

Quiet place and excellent cuisine

Un ristorante molto elegante ma anche accogliente. Cibo buono e tante varietà, con quantità giusta ,permettendo di guatarti tutto ciò che si desidera (Almeno quello che puoi mangiare). Lo staff è accogliente e disponibileper qualsiasi esigenza riguardante sul cibo e gli ingredienti usati nella preparazione della pietanza. Peccato che si trova veramente a una distanza molto lontana, oppure questo ristorante sarebbe stato finora uno dei migliori, in cui sicuramente sarei andato frequentemente. Mi rattrista non sapere elogiare tutto, ma credo fermamente che una volta andati a mangiare, capirete che è un buon ristorante.

Perfect sushi best restaurant in Lombardy

Convenient parking exactly in front of the restaurant, well-kept and pleasant environment, relaxing music even if after 15 minutes you notice that they are the same 4 songs on loop. There is an attempt to rise above the other all you can eat restaurants with a very well-kept table, impeccable service such as speed and kindness but above all with particular dishes that you would not find in other restaurants of the same category. You can order dishes and drinks on a website provided via a QR code on the table, I find it very convenient and efficient as a method although I had a small mix-up regarding an error in the price of the dessert but the staff were very kind about it immediately remedying the misunderstanding. The dishes are well looked after and the choice is very vast and particular (with the use of different ingredients such as mango, truffle oil or foie gras). Perhaps some of these well-thought-out particular dishes were flawed in execution because in some dishes the mango sauce was excessive to the point of not being able to taste the fish or other ingredients. I generally love ravioli and in particular the meat ones but in this restaurant I found myself appreciating the fish ones better as the meat ones were not very tasty but in both cases the casing was slightly ruined and too soft perhaps due to excessive cooking steamed, a defect that I have not found in those cooked on the grill. My partner that evening ordered some sort of temaki with minced salmon with a super thin crepe instead of nori and found it mediocre and difficult to eat as it fell apart in his hand at the first bite. We appreciated the novelty and the vast choice of dishes but then the flavor of the individual dishes gets lost a bit in this one, I would have preferred less choice but with more taste. The third star is solely for the staff. Sunday evening 77 euros for two.

Wonderful experience in this all you can eat. Average price and excellent food quality! Lots of choice, even vegan. Very friendly and helpful staff. The ordering system is intuitive and the service is very fast. We will definitely be back
