There is nothing to complain about. Really everything was perfect. The atmosphere was magnificent, the food even more so. The black udon and the tuna tartare are the best dishes and I recommend everyone to try them. 10 out of 10. We will return again and have already been there twice.

Excellent experience at Hoseki! The place is elegant, modern, with a relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail. The staff is kind and very attentive, without ever being intrusive. The sushi is top notch: very fresh fish, careful presentation and generous portions. I particularly appreciated the selection of special uramaki and the sashimi, cut with great precision. By booking through TheFork I was able to use 2000 Yums accumulated previously, thus obtaining a discount of 50 euros on the total. An excellent opportunity to enjoy a quality dinner while saving something. (For those who sign up for the first time, there is also an initial bonus of 1000 yums using the code 8323FD51 (equal to 20 euros). A restaurant that combines quality, courtesy and attention to detail. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

I am not very experienced in this type of restaurant but I find it to be of excellent quality. Nicely decorated place. The food is excellent well presented. The raw materials are very good. Fast service even for a lunch break. The price is adequate for the quality of the food and then with the offers of The Fork it is even more convenient. Just a tip the place is a bit dark Recommended

Comida increíble. Tenía el temaki, los fideos udon y el hoseki haciendo oro. El último fue interesante, pero este fue un gusto más personal! El restaurante en sí era realmente encantador y el servicio era increíble

20/06/2025: There are no words to describe this experience. As a lover of Japan, I was intrigued by the entrance, not being from Florence I was unaware of this little gem. I have been to Japan several times. Well, I won't go on. This is the true Japanese tradition, aromas and flavors truly worthy of one of the oldest culinary traditions. Everything was done to perfection. The quality of each product is incredible and above all the attention to every little detail. To crown this splendid discovery, a very prepared and efficient room manager, and a culinary mastery that will leave you stunned, all accompanied by the notes of the maestro Joe Hisaishi. I will return whenever possible. Everything was so perfect that I forgot to photograph everything, I was truly speechless.
03/06/2025: After craving something non-Italian, we were thrilled to find this dog-friendly Japanese restaurant right next to our hotel. The floor manager, Tarou, was warm and hospitable. We tried a variety of dishes—an appetizer of four seasonal vegetables, Bara Chirashi, toro sashimi, and chicken karaage—but the fatty salmon sashimi and miso soup were the real standouts. Highly recommended!

27/06/2025: I have been to Kaizen for sushi several times and every time I choose it for the goodness of the sushi and good quality products and the good quality/price ratio. The service is sometimes a little slow and sometimes faster, it depends a little on the day and the clientele. The certainty however is that the waiters are always kind, helpful and welcoming. Simple but nice environment suitable for a meal with friends or family. In Florence it is one of my favorite sushi so I recommend it
