An extraordinary experience at HOSEKI, a Japanese restaurant that truly stands out in every way. The quality of the ingredients is simply excellent: each dish reflects attention, respect for tradition, and a meticulous search for the finest ingredients. The setting is refined, elegant, and relaxing, with a refined atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome and takes you on a true journey through traditional Japanese cuisine, reinterpreted with great intelligence and style. The service is impeccable: professional, attentive, always present but never intrusive, a sign of top-notch management. The dishes are an explosion of flavor: the flambéed Gunkan are simply fabulous, intense, and enveloping; the HOSEKI Maki Gold is a true golden dream, beautiful to look at and sublime to savor. The real highlight, however, is the Black Udon: a squid ink carbonara with Norcia pork cheek, eggs, shrimp, and katsuobushi that borders on perfection, incredible in its balance, creaminess, and depth of flavor. The price is absolutely fair for the quality offered, in fact it's a pleasant surprise: not excessive, more than fair considering the excellence of the cuisine, service, and atmosphere. HOSEKI isn't just a restaurant, it's an experience to be relived over and over again. Favorite place in all of Italy! Cannot recommend enough! Best sushi, best meals, have had almost everything on the menu and cannot say I had a single bad meal.

New Year's Eve dinner. My wife and I chose the tasting menu, and it was a great experience. Eight courses of truly delicious seafood. The seafood carbonara was excellent. Very friendly staff and prompt service. Recommended.

Simply EXCEPTIONAL! Refined, delicious, an incredible variety of dishes, beautiful tableware, as beautiful as it is tasty! I highly recommend it. Miso soup, eel fried rice, maki rolls... a delight and very generous portions! Lounge atmosphere with soft lighting. The only slight drawback is that they serve the dishes at the pace they are being prepared. My husband had already started his dinner when I was finally served... nevertheless, it gave me the opportunity to nibble from his plate 😉... friendly servers, a very good time for us!
