Hello everyone, we experienced a really delicious diner. After a long travel through Italy, where we couldn’t find any asian restaurant, we were happy to find HOPS as a mixed, fun, diverse restaurant. The waiters were friendly, so we felt comfortable. They even gave us recommendations for Trieste, better than any tourist guide ;) we would highly recommend that place not only for the good food, but also for the experience, the ambience and the traditional liquor they gave us as a present. We had a good time and if you want to have that too go and visit HOPS !!

This restaurant has definitely a peculiar concept by mixing high-quality beers and food from foreign traditions. The outcome is delicious and, within the wide offered range, nearly everyone can find a fitting meal.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre repas au Hops Beerstro. La nourriture était excellente et la bière délicieuse. Le service était chaleureux et efficace. Nous y sommes même retournés 2 fois pendant notre séjour à Trieste.

We have only been in Trieste since yesterday, we wanted to eat something undemanding, accompanied by a cold beer, at a time (past 2pm) when many kitchens are closing - if they haven't already closed.
Tasty Chicken Bao, excellent noodles (bigoli!), tasty prawn ceviche, a nice plate of fried potatoes and cold, well-tapped beer (and that's not to be taken for granted).
Quick and very friendly service in a large room with tables inside and outside, young and smiling staff.

Trovato girovagando offers an exclusive union between Craft Beers and cuisines from around the world, a truly beautiful marriage!
I underline the great willingness of the staff to look for a ramp to allow us to get on with a wheelchair for disabled people, thank you very much!!!

Nice place, excellent compromise between oriental cuisine and Italian cuisine, we tasted an excellent Pad Thai which I would recommend. There is also a good choice of beers

Good beers and good ingredients in all dishes, the octopus croquettes are notable. Nice environment and friendliness, with reasonable prices!
