We've been coming back to this place from Tuscany since 1999 at least once a year because we love the beer that used to be Hops!. The place has changed its name, reduced the menu (it used to feature more first courses), and the food is still excellent, as is the service. The beer, however, has gone downhill; it's sour, has a strong caramel smell, and all the beers taste exactly the same, which is truly strange!

I often come to Riccione for work, and for years I've been choosing this place (ever since it was called "Hops!") to enjoy good gluten-free pizza, which is always excellent.
This time, however, I was disappointed: the pizza was really too hard, impossible to cut even with a serrated knife.
I didn't take photos because I honestly didn't expect to have to write a negative review.
Too bad, I wasn't expecting that. I'll be back anyway, maybe for a burger, because I like the place and the staff is always friendly. I just hope the pizza dough gets back to its former level!

The restaurant is very large, but it's always best to book. Service is quick and attentive. The food is good. A gluten-free menu is also available (AIC-certified).

Totally awesome, home brewery, beer #6 our favorite.
Fantastic food. I had the best tuna "pat pat" in a sesame coating with arugula and thin apple slices in a sweet, mild chili sauce. 10 out of 10 and a good portion for under €20.
The guys had the Wave Burger, before that, Strozzapreti... awesome. After that, the Creme Brulee was 8 out of 10.
All around, a great evening. Four people can't get enough of beer in a 1.5L pitcher...
We were there at 7:20 p.m. in an almost empty place, but by 8:30 p.m. it was almost full.....
100% recommended.

Ampio locale strutturato per ristorazione a cena con infiniti tavoli interni ed esterni.
È sostanzialmente un microbirrificio in cui producono e vendono in loco solamente le loro 6 birre artigianali.
Sono andato dopocena a provare la loro "Pale Ale", buona ma non indimenticabile.
Peccato che non è stata accompagnata anche da un minima quantità di stuzzichini ma avrei dovuto scegliere dal menù.
Il ragazzo che mi ha servito non sembrava molto invogliato a lavorare! Un sorriso in più non guasterebbe. Peccato, non tornerò.

Molto buono il cibo. Servizio efficiente e rapido. Unico problema la sala non ha una buona acustica e si fa fatica a conversare. Nel complesso ottimo ristorante, molto consigliato.
