We went to this home-restaurant for my husband's birthday. I couldn't have made a better choice! I was curious to try something different from the usual Agriturismo menu, but without straying too far from traditional cuisine. After much research, I decided to book at Itala, who immediately took care to fully accommodate our tastes and needs! Their restaurant feels like home, but it's not something you'll immediately realize! The table they had for us was beautifully set, even with a beautiful vase of flowers. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Itala's husband, Daniele, served and accompanied us throughout the meal, proving himself to be an excellent chef and a very gracious host. Every dish we ate was a discovery of flavors, tradition, and innovation. Itala is a special person whom I was immensely pleased to meet! They truly know how to pamper their guests, conveying a sense of "family dining" that I've never found anywhere else. This home restaurant's menu is always changing, adapting to the guests' needs, seasonality, and Itala's creativity. We enjoyed a variety of appetizers, each more delicious than the last. Locally sourced cold cuts, fried eggplant, olives, avocado hummus, crostoni with Philadelphia, cherry tomatoes, and avocado, fava beans with exceptional peas, grilled polenta with gorgonzola and mushrooms, casascedu... For starters, Itala's handmade culurgiones, and a fregola with zucchini, saffron, and sausage that was out of this world! The main course was equally delicious: meatloaf with cheese and peppers, baked potatoes. The dessert was incredible: handmade seadas, with cow's cheese (a lighter version) and eucalyptus honey. And that's not all, because we also received some amazing pastries and a wide selection of liqueurs and amari. I can't recommend this place highly enough, because I can't wait to return! I left my heart here. Thank you!!

Daniele and his wife exceed all expectations! The service is attentive, incredibly warm, and caters to every request! His wife wields the wooden spoon and conjures up a variety of culinary delights in no time, surprising us with every dish. It was truly authentic Sardinian, very, very delicious, and pure pleasure. We thank them both from the bottom of our hearts for spoiling us so much!

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and perhaps it was fate that we'd eat there that evening. Itala and Daniele, the owners, immediately welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. They offer a set menu featuring traditional dishes, such as culurgiones. The food was amazing. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was truly excellent. We loved the family atmosphere and the very quiet location, with the lovely chirping of sheep and crickets. The owners were very kind and courteous. The Sardinian food was excellent, especially the Culurgiones. Thanks for the complimentary wine. See you soon!

The best food in Sardinia. This is a fixed multi course menu eaten at a lovely slow pace. Allow about 3.5 hours. They will cater for allergies and there is a vegetarian option.This really is the best home cooked food. Best to book in advance. Excellent value for money

It's a great place, the service is brilliant and friendly, the atmosphere is exceptional, and it's very intimate and welcoming. The food is delicious and well-prepared, and you can enjoy a wide variety of authentic Italian and Sardinian dishes. The portions aren't huge, but the number of dishes served in one evening is more than the average person can handle. It's a truly hospitable place, and the hosts strive to make you feel welcome. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Magnificent discovery. Eat like you're at home, but in a traditional Sardinian home. Beautiful discoveries of local dishes. Very friendly hosts. It's like Sunday at your grandmother's with all her best dishes. Large quantity of dishes and food, we couldn't finish everything, but we left with the leftovers.

The food was excellent😍we have never eaten better prepared fish. We had traditional Sardinian appetizers and main courses😍everything was top notch. We recommend. Quiet restaurant with a pleasant and very helpful owner.
