We're still completely enchanted by our wonderful and romantic dinner at Francesco and Piero's Home Ristorante. Everything was just perfect. The warm and welcoming greeting, the ambiance, and of course, the food, which couldn't have been fresher or more Sicilian. So delicious!! We enjoyed it immensely and can honestly say it was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. Thank you both for such a special experience!!

A location waiting to be discovered, where every corner tells a story about the wonderful hosts, Francesco and Piero. Nothing is left to chance: the space welcomes, envelops, and makes you feel immediately at home. Time changes pace there. It passes slowly and pleasantly, from one dish to the next, all prepared with care, love, and great sensitivity by Francesco. The dishes are refined, never predictable, showcasing the local produce with respect and creativity. Each course tells a story, an aroma that anticipates the flavor, a balance that captivates. Accompanying us on this journey is not only the food, but above all the genuine hospitality and friendliness of Francesco and Piero. They immediately make you feel part of something, as if you've known each other forever. Not guests, but friends. The day ended with a big hug, a symbol of a true, rare, and precious connection. Skilled communicators, the hosts entertain with ease and take great care in preparing and presenting their food and wine offerings.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a truly sublime lunch at the home restaurant of this delightful B&B in Licodia Eubea. Unique flavors and aromas in every dish Francesco offered, from perfectly cooked zucchini flavored with wild fennel to sweet and sour eggplant with toasted almonds and raisins, not to mention the "sparacello" with dried tomatoes and caciocavallo cheese, which I would have brought back to Rome if only I could. Homemade bread, artichoke meatloaf, almond parfait, and fresh ricotta whose flavors of yesteryear were truly heartwarming. Above all, the hospitality of our hosts Francesco and Piero and the enchanting setting. Worthy of a gourmet restaurant, with the added bonus of a warm welcome and the authenticity of local ingredients. If only they were in Rome!!! Congratulations and thank you for the experience!
