A tiny restaurant nestled in the historic center of Castel di Tora, it proved not only a pleasant discovery but also a little gem. Five indoor tables seating up to 12 diners, an open kitchen, and simple yet high-quality cuisine. As the owner said, "Here we cook and drink only what we like!" Let me say, "Well done!" Keep it up. The dishes are well-balanced and rich in flavor, with carefully selected ingredients showcased throughout the preparation.
The owners were delightful; the three of them managed to treat us to a delicious lunch in good company, welcoming us into their home.
Restaurant is no easy feat, but here you'll find some top-notch talent.

A pleasant discovery while strolling through Castel di Tora. This family-run restaurant welcomed us with a smile, even though we were well past lunchtime. Authentic cuisine, with dishes prepared with love and great care. The breaded lamb is simply amazing. Everything was divinely cooked, from appetizer to dessert.
One tip: since there's limited seating, in the colder months, you might consider adding a patio heater on the terrace.

Even though we called at the last minute on Sunday, they were very kind to welcome us, even though it was almost 3:00 PM. The place is very intimate, it feels like being at a friend's house, and the welcome they offer also helps. The food was excellent, from the appetizer (the ricotta was delicious), to the main course (I recommend the gricia with truffle), and finally the desserts. We'll be back in the spring to try the splendid terrace overlooking the lake.
(The quality/price ratio is also excellent...in short, they never go wrong, so highly recommended.

A very small but welcoming place. The tonnarelli alla grigia with truffles are fabulous, not to mention the lamb chops. They also have a decent wine selection. Attentive service. We'll definitely be back.

We went here for lunch. Given the nice weather, we sat outside and enjoyed the fantastic view of the lake. The place isn't big, so reservations are recommended. The welcome and service were excellent, as was the food. Really, kudos!

Restaurant in the town center. Panoramic terrace overlooking the lake. Very good food. We enjoyed the gnocchi and truffles. Everything was very good.
