Hokusai Ramen In Roma

I went in with good expectations but left amazed! The ramen is delicious and very tasty. We took the one with the soy sauce broth and the one with the miso. The meat melts in your mouth. Egg cooked in broth has a unique flavor. What can I say, above expectations! The environment is very welcoming and is in perfect Japanese style. If I have to find a flaw, perhaps the service was a little slow, but the place was full. We will definitely be back ☺️

Traditional Japanese dishes cooked in an excellent way. Superlative ramen.

A delight for the palate, exquisite, rich and tasty broth. Tender meat but with the right consistency to hold up in the broth. Egg is the protagonist of the dish, spectacular creaminess. I added a double portion of spaghetti, an excellent choice to stay full from lunch. Quick waiting times, they served us in 10 minutes during the middle of Saturday lunch shift

Very good food, but the service has room for improvement. Nothing impossible if they avoid making excuses which are later denied by the waiters themselves. But I realize that sometimes their task is not the simplest. But these shifts..... They make you feel like a chicken on "battery". But I knew it was like this and it was up to me to decide whether to go or not.

Very welcoming place as well as the staff. All very good, I recommend the shoyu ramen.

We came here for Ramen and I must say that expectations were not disappointed. Really super broth, good ingredients and portions even though the meat didn't drive me crazy. Excellent value for money in any case. The ravioli and mochi are also good! The only flaw: I understand business and express cuisine but clearing the table while you're still eating isn't exactly the best :)

Il ristorante Hokusai Ramen di Roma è un posto fantastico per gustare del buonissimo ramen! La qualità del cibo è eccezionale, con brodo saporito e noodle cotti perfettamente. Il servizio è veloce e cordiale, il personale è sempre disponibile a consigliare i piatti migliori. Il locale è accogliente, semplice ma ben arredato e con un'atmosfera piacevole. Assolutamente raccomandato per chi ama i ramen e la cucina giapponese.

Good Japanese restaurant, excellent ramen and okonomyaki, nice environment and friendly staff. Found a place without a reservation.

Piatti indovinati nell'equilibrio, servizio ottimale. Il ramen e non solo...che soddisfa Sabato sera, prenotazione in seconda serata. Arrivo senza riserve ne tantomeno ho aspettative particolari. Mi stupisce innanzitutto la logistica dei tavoli del locale, pensato per essere modulare secondo la diversa composizione dei vari gruppi. Poi il servizio. Rapido, gentile, il ragazzo che ci accoglie in modo cordiale e concreto risponde alle nostre curiosità e ci indirizza verso l'ordinazione migliore, vicino ai ramen infatti suggerisce gli Age gyoza con carne macinata di maiale. Proviamo tra l'altro lo Shoyu (con aggiunta di macinato) ed il Miso ramen, gli Ebi fry e come dolce il Dango. Il dolce (Dango) la cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno ma qui non si tratta di una analisi organolettiva quanto proprio di gusto personale. Entrambi i ramen molto equilibrati con degli ottimi chukamen e con carne dal sapore persistente. Non sono un esperto di cucina tradizionale giapponese ma di certo la consistenza dei chukamen è di facile interpretazione così come l'uso della corretta sapidità. Gli Age gyoza con carne macinata di maiale perfetti. Gamberi al panko fritti idem. Esperienza più che positiva così come la gentilezza di Roberto che dalla cassa ci fa da cicerone alle due nuove sale in preparazione pronte per la nuova versione ampliata dell'Hokusai. Il miglior Ramen di Roma locale piccolo ma molto carino accogliente e ben disposto , personale attento e cortese ed un ramen veramente eccelso !
