An impeccable culinary experience. The ramen is simply excellent: the broth and meat are perfect, rich in flavor, and the noodles are top-quality. The balance of flavors is masterful. Special mention goes to the staff, always polite and friendly. Furthermore, the restaurant is beautifully designed down to the smallest detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A true must-try for ramen lovers. Highly recommended!

The appetizers are good, but the ramen is not very tasty, the salt pushes and covers all the other flavors, not to mention the meat delivered inside is still a bit raw, there are definitely better places

For me, it's not quite there. I'm not crazy about Japanese-style ramen, but I expected to at least eat a good dish. I'll limit myself to reviewing the ramen; perhaps there are other dishes worth reviewing. The broth is tasteless, the egg marinade is unremarkable, and the ramen toppings are sparse, just corn and spring onion. The pork seems excellent quality, but it tastes like it was simply boiled and tossed in the ramen. The noodles seemed too al dente to me. There's a complete lack of traditional condiments at the table, like shichimi or ninniku, and the bottled beer wasn't cold enough. Ramen is a dish with strong, fatty flavors; this seems like an unseasoned version. It's a shame, because the interior of the place is meticulously curated and truly beautiful.

I visited last night during a busy time without a reservation, but I was able to sit at the counter. The interior is decorated with nostalgic Japanese anime and vintage items, and the tables are separated like in Japanese ramen shops, giving it a very Japanese feel. Japanese music is playing, and the video also features Japanese music, so I think any Japanese person living in Italy will find it soothing. To be honest, the taste is a little different from Japanese ramen. I visited just to enjoy a little bit of Japanese flavor, so I didn't have high expectations, so it was fine. The atmosphere is great, and the prices are reasonable for Roman prices. It reminds me of the Ramen Museum in Yokohama. I'll probably visit again if I feel homesick.

Many friends have been recommending this as the best ramen bar in Rome for over a year. So we finally went. From outside, I had a "feeling" but didn't want to be too quick to judge. Cute interior with lots of Japanese items. Some could even mistake it to a decent ramen-ya in a Japanese city. (including the small screens around the wall, constantly showing advertisements of random Japanese and Korean things...) Staff were a bit slow in coming to sit us and take our order, but it was Friday evening. So, quite understandable (and it's not a fine dining restaurant but a ramen-ya). Food was quite disappointing for "the best ramen bar in Rome". (We just came back from sapporo a week ago, and that may have made us a bit more snobby than usual... but even without that effect...) The noodle was bad and broth too salty. Noodle: It was not about firmness (not katame - similar to al dente - nor even barikata - atypically firm level of noodle that some people enjoy) it was just not cooked enough. It felt like they made namamen a while ago and may have kept it on the table too long. Then they put it in water before boiling (like the one for tea making) and pulled it out too soon. I know how such noodle tastes because I've done it before... This is not about being picky, ramen needs to be cooked in a boiling water. Broth: I don't know what they used to make broth. Maybe they used good ingredients. But because it was just too salty, I couldn't taste much and it almost felt like they were hiding all the flavors. Gyoza: I couldn't tell what went wrong and was too scared to try another. It tasted odd - like a vegan dish that accidentally had meat inside. I think the chef knows how to make a decent ramen, he had all the right ingredients. But I didn't get to taste it.

Despite being in a touristy area, the prices aren't excessive. The miso ramen is good, they let you add spice by hand, and the portions are generous.
