A very pleasant surprise; we ate very well. The all-you-can-eat menu offers a very wide selection and, above all, quality, considering the attractive price. The fish is fresh and everything is delicious. Orders placed directly from your phone, followed by fast and efficient service, both for delivery and clearing. A very good place.

One of the best Japanese-style restaurants in the city. A la carte or all-you-can eat service at the table, always friendly and quick (it obviously depends a lot on how crowded the place is). It is useful to order on your smartphone via webapp after connecting to wifi. The variety of choices on the list is very wide, both as sushi (sashimi, futomaki, uramaki, nigiri, ...) and as dishes with a perhaps less oriental flavor (tonkatsu, yakisake, tartare, tempura, ...). Tables well spaced between them and there is also an external dehor.

Near home we have a really wide choice in terms of Sushi, but UMI has become our certainty for many reasons. First of all, the environment is very "green" (see photo) and above all quiet: you can talk calmly and the tables are just the right distance (or distance) that allows for the right privacy and the greenery that surrounds the room also offers a certain relaxation. We opted for the "ALL YOU CAN IT" formula that in other restaurants has never particularly satisfied us, but here I have to say that the food is very very good, the fish is (not obviously) fresh and of excellent quality. A very wide menu offers the possibility of ranging between multiple choices. The fried foods are very dry, not at all obvious. ONLY WARNING: when you opt for this formula, the advice is not to order everything at once but to think carefully because you can also make two orders, the amount remains the same. I say this because it is easy to get gorged especially if you arrive with a certain appetite. Recommended, YOU CAN'T WRONG.

18/07/2025: Good experience, interesting offerings not typical of AYCE sushi restaurants I've visited so far. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Personally, I didn't appreciate the fact that you have to dictate your order verbally to the waiter, who takes notes on a notepad. I'm used to tablets or filling out forms, but I found this inconvenient because you have to manually mark the menu as you recite the dishes you want to order, or you have to write them down on your phone so the waiter doesn't have to wait too long while you flip through the menu to find the names of the dishes. Furthermore, they aren't even numbered, so you either have to pronounce the names on the menu or point to them with your finger. Not a good fit for me! The selection isn't huge, but the ingredients are good quality. As with all other sushi restaurants, they aim to gorge you on rice-based dishes so that there's little room for anything else (meat/fish, etc.). Parking is available at lunchtime on weekdays, but is paid due to the proximity of the market and Maria Vittoria hospital.

07/04/2025: Young, friendly and welcoming service. Excellent food (I ate some delicious burritos and very special sushi dishes) and excellent attention to celiac disease.
07/04/2025: I obviously had higher expectations, normal food, in fact I thought it was better, nice environment, the positive thing is that you can sing a few songs and dance a bit.
