This is the place to go if you want to have a good evening. It's located right in the city center. The people at reception are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. We had a great evening with friends.

We are visiting Rome from Wisconsin and needed to watch the Packers play the Bears. It was a 20 minute walk from our place here and we had a wonderful time. There were various rooms showing various games. It was crowded and I would recommend reserving a spot if you know you are going with a group. The food and service were fantastic. Friendly people all around. We will definitely stop back for a return visit if ever back in Rome.

La Nuova Cantinetta

05/01/2025: Typical Roman dishes like they once did. Very good carbonara, but we were all satisfied with our dishes. Abundant condiments, delicious dishes, we will definitely be back. The service was excellent and also relatively quick, despite the place being completely full, as it was Sunday lunch. Positive note: it's a 10 minute walk from the Garbatella metro! Last but not least (literally): space tiramisu, ricotta tart and even more chocolate.
05/01/2025: What can I say, after years we managed to find a restaurant where all of us, there were 12 of us, went out having enjoyed all the dishes chosen. The first courses are delicious as are the second courses and desserts Friendly staff, we will definitely be back
