Bar Hemingway, superb location, wide selection of cocktails and an appetizer buffet to accompany. All very good at an affordable price. Friendly waiters.

A real culinary gem on Lake Como! Spaghetti with shells - perfectly al dente, fresh seafood, aroma of garlic and wine. Fish in tomato sauce – delicate, juicy, with a distinctive herbal sauce. For dessert – tiramisu, which literally melts in your mouth – light, creamy, perfectly balanced. Great service, beautiful atmosphere, top-notch food. 5/5 – worth coming back!

I've just been to a Happy Hour, it's the first time I've had an aperitif with a buffet and plus there's live music that kept us company. After a while the very kind waiter arrived to serve cocktails and craft or draft beers. I definitely ate very well and plus he gave me a taste of risotto with speck and brie. You absolutely must come to this place highly. I spent around €15 each, there were five of us, however the prices are honest because a luxury venue respects quality and also protected designations of origin. I highly recommend it. PS: This venue is kept in excellent condition

Ate a pinsa outside lunch time and a pistachio cake. Pinsa exceptional onions and peppers fantastic. The beautiful place inspired by the life of Hemingway generous with Cubans in need. The only thing I wouldn't share was the passion for big game hunting, but it was the fashion of the time. Ps. He defined our Gabriele D'Annunzio as a fool... How can you blame him for a mad warmonger who inspired Mussolini.

Non ho mai cenato in questo posto ma gli aperitivi sono a mio avviso i migliori di Lecco. Grande scelta e cocktail ben preparati. Anche il buffet è di buona qualità

In centro a Lecco, all'Hemingway, ho mangiato e bevuto benissimo, i cocktail che precedono la cena sono assolutamente squisiti. Inoltre, ho provato gli gnocchi di castagne, ed ho assaggiato anche quelli al gorgonzola, devo dire, eccezionali tutti e due. Gli ingredienti sono freschissimi e di stagione. L'attesa non è lunga e i camerieri cordiali e sorridenti.

07/11/2024: Tagliatelle with missoltini not that great.....The lake barbecue needs to change its name to lake stew...cold and tasteless.......we're not there....it was much better years ago'
04/11/2024: Family lunch during the bike trip along the river. The welcome was excellent, we were served by two exceptionally kind, fast and helpful waitresses. We took two pizzas, excellent, a fried lake fish, very good and a mixed fried seafood, average (but that's ok, as it's not a seaside location 😉 😀). Exceptional chocolate cake! The wait for the pizzas was a bit long given that the chef is also a pizza chef. However, we were promptly informed of the wait and the waitress apologized several times. A slightly retro atmosphere with enormous potential (the place overlooks the river, giant windows, huge interiors, the space outside is also very large). Very positive experience!

16/03/2025: Locale carino. Praticamente sul lago. Personale gentile. Rivedrei un pochino i piatti. Buoni i carciofi e gradevole la cotoletta di sedano rapa.
10/01/2025: Location situata in pieno centro a Lecco, si presenta subito caratteristica dall’ingresso, visto che si trova nel seminterrato di una vecchia cantina con pareti rustiche. Il personale è accogliente da subito e professionale, molto preparato. I piatti sono molto particolari, anche se la scelta è poca so nota da subito la qualità del cibo, ogni portata viene descritta accuratamente dai camerieri. Consiglio per antipasto il mix di formaggi, davvero eccezionali, da accompagnare con le varie tipologie di pane che vengono servite a parte. Ottimi i primi come anche il pesce, i tortelli al brodo d’anatra, favolosi. Decisamente completa anche la lista dei vini, con un misto di provenienza da quasi tutte le regioni d’Italia. Per un pranzo di due persone, con due calici di vino amaro e dolce, siamo sui 90€ complessivi.
