Not recommended for aperitifs/snacks in this period. 5 of us sat outside because there was no room inside, thinking that the mushrooms could prevent us from freezing but that wasn't the case, plus we waited 20 minutes just to be served and another 20 to receive what we had ordered. With three drinks we were also given a free aperitif plate, too bad it didn't even have cutlery (see photo). We then changed places for dinner.

In centro a Lecco, all'Hemingway, ho mangiato e bevuto benissimo, i cocktail che precedono la cena sono assolutamente squisiti.
Inoltre, ho provato gli gnocchi di castagne, ed ho assaggiato anche quelli al gorgonzola, devo dire, eccezionali tutti e due. Gli ingredienti sono freschissimi e di stagione. L'attesa non è lunga e i camerieri cordiali e sorridenti.

In the center of Lecco, at the Hemingway, I ate and drank very well, the cocktails before dinner are absolutely exquisite.
Furthermore, I tried the chestnut gnocchi, and I also tried the gorgonzola ones, I must say, both were exceptional. The ingredients are very fresh and seasonal. The wait isn't long and the waiters are friendly and smiling.

Centrally located in Lecco, we found the dishes we tasted good, especially the pizzoccheri, while the chestnut gnocchi were very delicate in flavor and not very abundant, but still sufficient. The desserts are also good and unusual. On the other hand, as also noted by other users and by us on a previous occasion, the wait for the dishes or between one course and another is a point to improve, no bread or breadsticks were brought even with a place setting of €3.50 per person and the 1 liter bottle of non-microfiltered water is only available in the natural and non-sparkling version. Waitress looking a little annoyed.

Sono stata ieri sera per bere dei drink e ne sono uscita più che soddisfatta. Davvero ottimi, anche gli analcolici che sono difficili da rendere gustosi. L’ambiente, inoltre, merita tantissimo. Pieno di classe e stile nell’arredamento, dagli specchi, al lampadario, alle rose nelle bottiglie e alla candela. Se siete di passaggio entrate a bere qualcosa, ve lo consiglio.

Elegant venue in the center of Lecco, suggestive environment and excellent service. The portions of the risottos are a little small but the quality is excellent. I recommend fried gnocchi served with raw ham and porcini risotto. Average prices
