Perfect lunch, impeccable service, and super friendly staff. We called just 10 minutes before our arrival and they still found us a table. Delicious food!

A return to the foods of childhood, authentic flavors and aromas. Excellent pairing with local wines. Nebbiolo and natural meat, enhanced by simple preparation, accompanied by the aroma of young oil with a hint of the sea. Congratulations.

So... The restaurant is in a very quiet location, a bit out of the way, in a small, provincial setting. But it could easily be teleported to Piazza Duomo in Venice or Milan. Because that's the level. The setting is exquisite, modern but with a welcoming attitude, well-lit, with attention to detail and not gaudy. The wood/metal contrast, which I love, is beautiful. The service is excellent, but not stiff, and we immediately felt at ease. Kindness is something that's not usually on the menu, but it's always greatly appreciated. The tasting menu was perfect for us. Two excellent meat appetizers followed by three different cuts of grilled meat, masterfully cooked by chef Mattia, a very young but already highly skilled and equally exquisitely kind chef. We then finished with a delicious house dessert. The wine list is very extensive and offers a wide range of choices, all carefully selected and of a high standard. But if you don't want to spend a fortune on good drinks, they'll be able to advise you very well. The prices are also absolutely reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber. The three of us spent €60 each with a bottle of Barbaresco di Pertinace. It's very difficult for me to beat this level for a steakhouse. Well done Mattia, keep up the good work! We'll see you again soon! October 25: I returned for my birthday with my best friend. It proved to be a truly special place, which will now be one of my all-time favorites.

Excellent little place to enjoy quality meat. The prices are in line with the quality of the food, the meat is very tasty, and the staff is very friendly. It was a truly wonderful evening.

A local gem. We had the tasting menu, everything was excellent, the meat tender. Excellent service, very kind and attentive staff. The atmosphere is intimate and charming. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the meat and the selection. We'll be back.

I came for dinner on a Friday evening, and even though it was crowded, the waitress and the owner, Mattia, were able to explain the dishes to us very well. The food was excellent, and the quality was evident. I highly recommend going there, and we'll be back. Thanks for the experience.

Spectacular meat cooked to perfection, recommended

The double-cooked egg: it's simple and extraordinary!!! Scottona Florentine steak, rare: amazing, flavorful, tender, and juicy... absolutely cooked to perfection!! Delicious crispy baked potatoes and tomino cheese with melted but not burning honey. Amazing dinner!!! Recommended for meat lovers!! I'm waiting for dessert 😅
