Visitamos Hayashi como nuestra hija es una gran fan del sushi. No nos decepcionaron. La comida y el servicio eran excelentes. Teníamos un plato que se servía en un barco. Nos sorprendió y nos encantaron los sabores. Teníamos saké que era perfecto para acompañar la comida. El personal hablaba inglés y era muy atento. Las zonas de estar eran perfectas y mantenían el viento de la tarde libre. Sin duda recomendaría una visita mientras visito el are.

I've been here several times and have never left disappointed. The inside is a bit small but there are still enough tables outside. I recommend making a reservation if necessary. The service is friendly and fast and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the truffle uramaki!

I loved the gunkan very much, but everything was good, maybe only the green ravioli with a slightly thick dough, very comfortable environment

The reviews seem to praise their sushi but we mostly avoided anything raw because we didn’t want to run the risk of upset stomach. The two nigiri we did try WAS very good though, and the food in general was very good. The one downside was the atrociously slow service. Like "one guy working the entire restaurant" level of slow. Our food came out in a trickle of dishes over the course of over an hour. It was our last evening so we didn’t make too much of it but definitely it wasn’t typical of what we’d experienced elsewhere.

Paolo, Japanese from Shizuoka, is always a guarantee of quality. Fresh fish, carefully prepared...even if lately a little less abundant! However one of the best "real" Japanese in the San Giovanni area.

Amazonia Piazza Bologna

05/04/2025: I went to Amazonia on Friday evening, The welcome from the staff was truly comfortable. Throughout the evening the girls in the room, Francesca and Ilaria, paid attention to our every need. The experience at Amazonia was made even more pleasant by the excellent drinks prepared by the barman Adriano. At the end of the evening we also had the pleasure of speaking with the director, Zoe, who treated us divinely. Definitely a place we will return to surrounded by an excellent welcome.
09/03/2025: I went to this place a few nights ago with my friends and I ABSOLUTELY recommend it! Super nice place, impeccable service, the girls in the room Ilaria and Francesca were very professional and nice, they followed us all evening. Not to mention the food, for sushi lovers like me, if you haven't tried it yet GO!!
