Hayashi Sushi In Roma

Few dishes and little choice. The nigiri fall apart immediately as soon as you dip them in the soy sauce, and in my opinion, the rice used isn't suitable for sushi, or rather, it wasn't treated properly. The amount of fish in the rolls was really low, and the appetizers, with the exception of a couple, were nothing special. It must be said, however, that the fish was fresh; I can't comment on that, although I would have preferred a better presentation. The waiters are friendly and fast, so no complaints. My advice is: Update the dishes and the kitchen; Improve the presentation of the dishes, and be more creative. The competition in the industry is fierce, and unfortunately, you have to keep up. The reviews of the restaurant are mostly positive, so I think I came on the wrong night. This review is strictly personal, and is for constructive purposes only. The restaurant is in a strategic location, and I'm sure it can be expressed much better than this. We'll see you again in the future to try the kitchen again!

Small but welcoming place, good selection of sushi, honest all-you-can-eat prices, friendly staff and above all good quality fish (my gut confirms this 😁)

Last year, I ate at the all-you-can-eat menu several times, and each time the food was fresh and the service was very fast. The only problem was that when we went with a group of 6-7 people, we had to wait a bit too long, but overall my experience was very positive. For example, the other day our table was wobbly, and before we even reported it, they noticed and fixed the problem. In short, if you're thinking of trying it, you absolutely must give it a try.

Very nice atmosphere! Delicious food

Asian restaurant: a cross between Japanese and Chinese...they've improved the quality of the food, making it tastier and less greasy, and most importantly, the staff speaks Italian. You can choose from the all-you-can-eat option or à la carte, which costs more but offers a different experience.

I reiterate my previous reviews. I've eaten at this restaurant dozens of times and have never noticed a drop in quality. I absolutely recommend it.

Excellent sushi and very tasty dishes. Varied menu and exceptional large ravioli. Outdoor seating available! I especially recommend it for lunch.
