The rolls have a much better meat:rice ratio than the more famous locations in Rome. The quality of the fish is good. There are many more interesting selections to choose from than the more famous sushi locations in Rome. I highly recommend this location.

I don't know how they do it, but their fish tastes like no else. It is naturally sweet and delicious. You will never experience such a taste of sushi, very delicious. Finally after months I managed to book a table for dinner. I could write a million words but you wouldn't have a clear idea of ​​what it means to eat there, as it's not about food but about a real culinary experience, in addition to the environment, the friendliness, professionalism and competence of the owners. For those who have been to Japan and would like to recall those flavors in their palate, arm yourself with patience, book and try it yourself
