Professional and smiling staff, Paolo (the owner) is very nice and explained to us how to make sushi, really helpful. Very good quality, especially in relation to the price (we did à la carte)

Nice Asian restaurant with friendly and dynamic staff. Possibility of having the all you can eat treatment at a reasonable price but drinks and desserts are separate. Everything very tasty and accurate. Lately the portions are getting smaller and smaller. I must admit that, although I was disappointed in the service and dishes in previous visits, there have been improvements in both quality and service. Finally the waiters speak Italian and not all foreign immigrants, so some are native speakers. Pleasant environment with background music. Tasty dishes.

Visitamos Hayashi como nuestra hija es una gran fan del sushi. No nos decepcionaron. La comida y el servicio eran excelentes. Teníamos un plato que se servía en un barco. Nos sorprendió y nos encantaron los sabores. Teníamos saké que era perfecto para acompañar la comida. El personal hablaba inglés y era muy atento. Las zonas de estar eran perfectas y mantenían el viento de la tarde libre. Sin duda recomendaría una visita mientras visito el are.

I've been here several times and have never left disappointed. The inside is a bit small but there are still enough tables outside. I recommend making a reservation if necessary. The service is friendly and fast and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the truffle uramaki!

07/07/2025: A perfect restaurant for a truly Japanese experience, outside the usual tourist or Western-oriented schemes. A wide choice to taste the different aspects of this cuisine. The place is a bit noisy when crowded.
