My first time here. The food is a notable step up from most. The flavors were perfectly balanced. I started with the onion rings a Gluten Free appetizer and they were soft and delicious. There are many GF options on their menu. Everything we ordered was perfectly spiced. We chose a very reasonably priced bottle of Viognier IGT which paired perfectly with our Biryani and Chicken Tandoori. Travelers should note that if you do not finish your bottle of wine you can take it with you as you leave. The staff was attentive and professional. The restaurant just celebrated 25 years which is commendable. Also the chef is well known in the local community as they are the number one catering company for large cultural events and Indian weddings of the area. An easy walk from the train station. We parked at the nearby underground parking called Porta al Prato.

Excellent food decent wine list portions are a little on the small side, but I was totally happy with that as was my partner. Very well worth a try.

Haveli managed the catering for our wedding in Florence. The food for all events was incredible, we still hear praises about it from both our Indian and non-Indian friends. The service and staff was also very professional, beyond our expectations. It felt like they served all our guests as family and with love. It was a very smooth and amazing experience working with them and I would recommend them to anyone. I hope to eat at your restaurant again soon 🙏🏽

If you’re craving authentic Indian food in Florence, this restaurant is a must-try! The dishes were bursting with flavor—especially the lamb chops, which were tender and perfectly spiced, and the kulcha roti, which was fresh and satisfying. It’s clear the chef is incredibly talented, putting real care and creativity into every plate. The staff were not only quick and professional, but also attentive with thoughtful recommendations. They suggested an excellent wine pairing that complemented the spices beautifully, which really elevated the whole meal. A perfect blend of warm hospitality and top-quality food—highly recommended!

It should be noted that I give them 5 stars because they are honest. Their chicken and meat are not halal. I asked them and they told me so. I didn't try their food.

Locale molto carino e camerieri estremamente gentili. Il cibo direi che è buono, ovviamente se piace il genere. Magari si può dire che essendo tutto parecchio speziato si sente molto il gusto delle spezie...

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare qua con la mia compagna e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza straordinaria sotto ogni punto di vista. L’atmosfera del ristorante è calda e accogliente, con arredi eleganti che richiamano la tradizione indiana senza mai risultare eccessivi. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: il personale è gentile, attento e sempre pronto a spiegare i piatti del menù con passione e competenza. Ma il vero protagonista è ovviamente il cibo: una sinfonia di sapori, profumi e colori che ci hanno fatto vivere a pieno tale esperienza. Il pollo tikka masala era tenerissimo e perfettamente speziato, il pane naan semplicemente delizioso e appena sfornato. Anche le opzioni vegetariane erano sorprendenti Ogni piatto era curato nei minimi dettagli. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un luogo che consiglio senza riserve a chi vuole scoprire (o riscoprire) l’autentica cucina indiana in un ambiente raffinato. Tornerò sicuramente! Il migliore di Firenze!!
