It was a surprise for me to find this restaurant. The food is good and special, chef Hashimoto always told us what the dishes are made of, what his idea is, he is also kind and always checks if everything is fine. Inside there are also books in Italian and also in Japanese that you can read, which for me is a great opportunity and joy. I didn't eat too much or even feel hungry. The tea is delicious and delicious, sushi with ham and melon is something really interesting and special. There's also real wasabi and good, inexpensive sake. One day I would like to return 💓

We went to eat sushi for the first time last night. The place is wonderful and authentic, perfectly Japanese style. The food has an authentic flavour, without fusion contamination and, as well as being delicious, explained with masterly care from starter to dessert. Intimate and relaxed atmosphere, a true all-round experience. Also suitable for people intolerant to gluten.

I had a Sushi dinner in this fabulous and characteristic place...Sushi not for everyone, not all you can eat, definitely on a different level from starters to dessert, each with its own very different taste...excellent choice of beer, really delicious, excellent trio of Sake and the final ginger liqueur..
The owner and the girl are really ready for everything and explain all the food and anecdotes to you and are really very nice
I would definitely try the Ramen dinner too

The food is the best, all traditional Japanese recipes, ramen has beed boiling 20 to 72h instead of the normal 8h
(The menu is fixed day by day, sow its all fresh)
Delicious, all true traditional Japanese! Beef and chicken ramen boiled for 20 hours or on other days fish boiled 42 or 72 while in other places including Japan they only do it for 8 hours.
Everything 10, ravioli, well seasoned vegetables, excellent ramen, I'm just waiting to try the real sushi made by Hashimoto
An experience you absolutely must try because you won't find another chef like him.
The menu is fixed, changes day by day and everything is very fresh

delicious typical Japanese food. I had dinner with some friends on a ramen evening. everyone was satisfied, and we ate a lot (advice: it would be better if you went when you're really hungry...🥲). reasonable price (35 euros menu only) as the quality of the dishes is really excellent, moreover a couple of days are needed to prepare various dishes. we will definitely be back soon!!!💕🍥

alla ricerca spasmodica di sapori che non siano sempre uguali ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo giapponese, dove in bella vista è chiaro che non è un all you can eat e che le pietanze sono fatte, veramente (a dir del proprietario), secondo il gusto del Sol Levante.
Beh, assolutamente vero! la serata "sushi non per tutti" è stata fantastica, sia come atmosfera che, soprattutto, come gusto. Ok che non si può scegliere ma non ricordo onestamente qualcosa che sia risultata sottotono.
Qualità prezzo, tra le altre, non troppo più alta di un qualsiasi ayce di medio/alto livello.
Consigliato senza remora alcuna.

Io non so come faccia a non essere al primo posto, è un capolavoro fatto luogo. Il locale e le pietanze ti fanno sentire ad un passo dalla cultura Japponese… Top Nº 1
