We ate delicious ramen. The chef is also extremely sociable. He entertained us with his anecdotes. It was truly a wonderful experience.

We finally got to try it, and I have to say we were a little disappointed, given our expectations and the overall experience. We tried the sushi menu, and it felt like everything was pre-prepared, it was quick, and the smell of raw fish didn't convince us. Hashimoto was lovely, explaining the courses and sake pairings, and the aburi (seared fish) was delicious. The menu included a mixed appetizer, aburi, sashimi, sushi, desserts, and liqueurs. The atmosphere is quaint. The rest didn't convince us. Too bad.

A wonderful experience. A true Japanese restaurant in Romagna. The menu is daily, so it's not à la carte. The "sushi" menu consists of an appetizer, seared fish, sashimi, sushi, dessert, and liqueurs. Each dish is explained, and I assure you, it's unlike anything you've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back to try the other menus.

Set sushi menu with a pairing of three different sakes. Totally different from the classic sushi we're used to: prepared by a (very friendly) Japanese chef according to Japanese rules and traditions. Excellent fish. Definitely worth it.

Flavor is a very subjective assessment, but overall, the quality of the dish itself is excellent; it's not overpowering, and you can taste the care put into preparing each dish. The only flaw is what could actually be a pro for many: if you're looking for a truly authentic atmosphere, the place is really large, but so small that there's very little seating. You bump into other diners as you move around, and you eat like one big family, all huddled together. But this isn't a criticism, it's more of an observation. The prices are fair (about €13 for the main course).
