A truly positive experience. The dinner was superb; we opted for the sushi menu. The service was also extremely friendly and attentive.

We finally got to try it, and I have to say we were a little disappointed, given our expectations and the overall experience. We tried the sushi menu, and it felt like everything was pre-prepared, it was quick, and the smell of raw fish didn't convince us. Hashimoto was lovely, explaining the courses and sake pairings, and the aburi (seared fish) was delicious. The menu included a mixed appetizer, aburi, sashimi, sushi, desserts, and liqueurs. The atmosphere is quaint. The rest didn't convince us. Too bad.

A wonderful experience. A true Japanese restaurant in Romagna.
The menu is daily, so it's not à la carte. The "sushi" menu consists of an appetizer, seared fish, sashimi, sushi, dessert, and liqueurs. Each dish is explained, and I assure you, it's unlike anything you've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back to try the other menus.

Set sushi menu with a pairing of three different sakes. Totally different from the classic sushi we're used to: prepared by a (very friendly) Japanese chef according to Japanese rules and traditions. Excellent fish. Definitely worth it.

One day I was climbing a mountain and got lost. I asked a hermit where I was, and he said: Hashimoto Native Japanese Restaurant (Rimini Miramare).
So I smiled. I knew I had reached the peak.
Piccolo locale pieno di personalità. Sapori tradizionali autentici con un tocco di originalità e sperimentazione. Non aspettatevi il lusso asettico del gourmet, si percepisce piuttosto l'amore per il cibo e la cucina dello chef.

Sono stato a cena martedì scorso alla serata Ramen in compagnia della mia due figlie, siamo rimasti assolutamente entusiasti, ottima qualità ottima cura dei piatti, il proprietario, cuoco e cameriere è una persona che ispira simpatia e calma.
torneremo sicuramente a provare le altre due tipologie di menù
