Overall, a good experience, though the service was a bit imprecise and slow. I was disappointed that we weren't allowed to sit in a cabana because there were only two of us and those seats 4+, even though the place was almost empty (lunch during opening hours on a weekday). Good food, adequate portions, average prices.

I haven't been to Haru in Cairo Montenotte in a year... mediocre food. Cleanliness of the place and bathrooms are beyond reproach... sticky bathroom floors... very dirty... we had to wait an hour for a dish while they were serving people who arrived later... one star... I was treated well there...

The food is always reasonably good, and they have a variety of dishes, often very good. The service could be improved, not so much at the tables as at the coffee bar. The service is fast!
