Very solid restaurant and always a great experience. Strategically located between Cairo and Carcare on the highway, ample parking, huge availability of seats. Since I'm from Cairo, I've been there a number of times now, both for lunch and dinner, both on the spot and to take away, and once even with home delivery. Good, reliable quality, typical of All You Can Eat: good dishes but not overly stellar as you would find in à la carte places and omakase, obviously. Going here is never a gamble, you go there already knowing that you will eat well. Over the years, the ability to intervene in solving a problem has been notable: I remember that at the beginning, when opening, there was often a mess with the orders. Little by little everything fell into place. Everything, every problem, they always knew how to intervene to solve and the next time the problem was no longer there. I've heard people who work in the health inspection industry say it's one of the most spotlessly clean places they've ever seen. FOR THOSE WHO DO TAKE AWAY: pay attention to the portions: they are much larger than you would expect from the portions of the all you can eat formula when eating at a restaurant. Order significantly less than the number of dishes you would get if you were sitting at the table in a normal Asian AYCE, because otherwise you will have leftovers. Especially in the Chinese cuisine section, huge portions, be careful. Not that it's a bad thing, but keep it in mind otherwise the first time you order takeaway/delivery here, you'll end up with a huge bill and so much leftover that you'll have enough for the next day

Toop friendly and numerous staff I often go there a little expensive but in line with other Japanese restaurants.... huge choice and for a few months even wider, very good food never had any problems of any kind either with the food or with the staff and never had to waiting too long to be served, not even on the busiest evenings. Furthermore, they have a wide choice of wines already of a certain level, nothing rich but more well-stocked than many Italian restaurants. Impersonale, freddo, poco curato, sapori dozzinali e anche la qualità decisamente poco apprezzabile. Non bene, una mensa aziendale sotto forma di ristorante. Servizio del tutto inadeguato. All you can eat non garantito! Dopo la seconda ordinazione si tengono il foglio ordini. Assente l'attenzione al cliente. Basta che si sieda e ordine e il gioco é fatto. Pessima gestione.
