My girlfriend and I tried the "trust us" tasting menu (€70 each): everything was very good, especially the tartare starter. In my opinion, the portions were too large for a tasting menu; we were left feeling very full; however, it's always better this way than the opposite. The location is beautiful and well-kept, and the background music is pleasant. The service was quite good, but I would have expected a little more attention to detail: the tasting menu we chose wasn't described, yet the dishes weren't explained by the staff. Furthermore, we noticed many customers smoking their IQOS cigarettes undisturbed inside the restaurant; in general, in restaurants of this caliber, I expect the staff to intervene. Aside from these two small details, everyone is extremely kind and friendly, the food is very good, and we'll definitely be back to try other dishes!

Classic cuisine with delightful reinterpretations that make the dishes refined and elegant... Authentic food, quality ingredients, vast selection of wines and sparkling wines... The preparation of some dishes directly in the dining room is spectacular and impressive... Friendly and very professional staff...

Fantastic restaurant in the center of San Benedetto del Tronto, one of the most beautiful on the entire Adriatic coast. Interesting lunch menu with quicker menus, while dinner offers high-quality cuisine and a very interesting selection of Iberian meats and cured meats!!!
