Service was phenomenal, all of the employees were extremely friendly and kind. There is just kind of a weird atmosphere there, quite sterile and dull, the lighting isnt cozy, it just seems like it is missing something. But the food and service definitely made up for the sub-par atmosphere.

Great experience while visiting Florence. Nice souvenirs and clothing at the shop as well.

Today marks the 20th time I’ve eaten here, it’s truly my favorite restaurant! The food is exceptional, and the atmosphere is always amazing. The prices are fair for the quality and generous portions in my opinion. I’ve brought all my friends here, and everyone loves it! I also really appreciate how much effort they put into the Halloween decorations, they’re everywhere and so creative! I’m especially obsessed with their mac and cheese, and their sauces and fries are always delicious. The only thing I’d love to see again is the way they used to make the mac and cheese a few years ago, it came with 2 slice of toasted garlic bread, a touch of black pepper, and overall felt a bit more complex in flavor. It was perfect! Highly, wholeheartedly recommend, this place never disappoints!

I went to dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe to hear a friend of mine play. The place is amazing, with musical accessories, clothes, and other items from movie and music stars. The concert was amazing, with fantastic acoustics. I was in the front row and enjoyed the show while enjoying a fantastic American-style burger. The currants with barbecue sauce were also fabulous, they melted in your mouth. The service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be back 👏 Great place for a rock night 🤘

A beautiful Hard Rock restaurant, beautifully decorated, especially the chandeliers! Iconic clothing for ages 0 to 100, including animals. Nice, spacious space for a comfortable meal with a nice beer! Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff.

Loved it. Had a great time. Bought t-shirts and got a free hurricane glass with my drink. I collect a hurricane glass from every Hard Rock Cafe I visit
