The atmosphere was typical of a Hard Rock Cafe...I felt like I was in the United States. Very friendly and attentive staff. Tasty food and excellent cocktails. Highly recommended. I returned after two years and the quality is still high, the staff is friendly, and Matilde, our waitress, was fantastic. Always highly recommended, as a regular, the best Hard Rock Cafe in Italy.

We happened to be there during happy hour (until 7 PM). Selected items were 50% off. Those who only wanted drinks were seated at the bar, while those who wanted food were seated at tables. The atmosphere was great. They had guitars and merchandise belonging to famous musicians.

Absolutely perfect. Hard Rock number 26 ticked off, and definitely one of the better one's. The service was brilliant, and made the visit a standout. Pricing no dissimilar to other Hard Rocks visited. Can highly recommend!

A very nice and quiet restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The waiters and clerks were always helpful and courteous, especially Matilde, the waitress who served me. The wait for food was very short, and the food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommended for lunch or a snack with friends.

Like every Hard Rock venue I've visited in Europe, it was a perfect and incredibly satisfying experience. But I have to say that Florence remains the most beautiful in my opinion. You're effectively inside a theater, eating; it's amazing. I don't know why the brownie ice cream is better here!

Kind of silly to go to a HRC when you are in Italy, but the kids wanted a mac & cheese. I had a spicy diablo. Our server was efficient and spoke english. Ambiance and prices were akin to any other HRC location. Cant complain
