A brutal dinner and show! very nice and different from normal. Hard Rock is always a good place to go, and in this city it is no wonder!

This is one of the most beautiful hard rock cafes. The reason is an old municipal theater. The theater with its stage and opposite, there is a large and long counter. The tables are often all reserved. But there are chairs at the counter. The beers are still quite expensive, but you have to go there during happy hour. On the other hand, for the plates of hamburgers, the prices remain correct, it is less than twenty euros per meal. A decent atmosphere.

Not the best , probably say the worst Hard Rock we have been too and we have been to many around the world. Service not the best … Food not the best, warm and expensive One meal came out warm with cold onion rings about 10 minutes before the other meals. We ordered the steak and chicken fajitas only to be told 10 minutes later they had no steak. Then on arrival the meat was sizzling like normal fajitas- felt like they had been left on the side Drinks not very special - expensive If visiting Florence probably won’t return !

On a hot and busy day in Florence the restaurant was an oasis of cool and calm Our server was friendly and efficient and the food the usual decent standard Sometimes it’s impossible to get a free refill of drinks but staff were very attentive here and our overall experience was excellent Toilets were clean and the memorabilia excellent

31/08/2024: atmosphere was good but my godness that hamburger was one of worst meat i have ever had i had 2 days stomache after i ate, im so sorry for that but taco was delicious
25/08/2024: I highly recommend going there, it feels like taking a dive into the past of the American 50s, very friendly staff on skates, they also provided us with a placemat with colors to draw and distract the little girl, I think I ate the best hamburger ever always very high quality ingredients.
