I would like to point out that the evaluation refers to the plated pizza because I don't have many elements of comparison for the pan pizza. I absolutely find it one of the best pizzas around. Excellent flavour, well seasoned and absolutely digestible, which is very important to me: you don't get thirsty at night. The choice of pizzona was excellent. The croissants are also fantastic.
