Everything was very good, family-run, with very active people.

The spaces are well-kept both inside and outside. The vaults that make up the ceiling and the walls with exposed rock give the environment a comfortable and distinct atmosphere.
The staff, in addition to being professional, excels in courtesy, discretion and kindness.
The service offered is precise, waiting times are right, they manage to anticipate any request and need of the customer, this denotes the care and passion with which their work is impeccably carried out.
For appetizers we tasted sausages and bacon, the first ones really good accompanied by toasted bread with oil, with cherry tomatoes and basil and with artichoke paté.
Together we also tasted a cutting board with a selection of their cheeses, where you can find everything, from pecorino to blue cheese, I remember having tasted at least nine different types.
For starters, cacio e pepe with Gran Cacio di Morolo, strictly homemade pasta: a delicious tonnarello made with water and flour, wrapped in a delicate and tasty cream.
The sparkling white house wine for €8 is excellent.
A wide selection of desserts.
Green apple sorbet and wild berry cheesecake, strictly homemade, delicate and very tasty.
We added a bottle of water, two coffees and a digestive to the above for a total bill of €70.
This place won us over with incredible ease.
We will be sure to return as soon as possible to try their fish specialties too! Because in front of the quality (not only high in terms of food but also the service as a whole) you can only do honor.
