A more than appropriate name. The owner is very nice and talented. Fantastic breakfast (bombs and croissants), excellent aperitif too.

Perfect spot for a cup of tea in Viterbo. Lovely staff put up with my clumsy attempts at Italian and delivered tea with a proper pot and cup with all the trimmings. Pastry was excellent.

09/11/2024: I honestly haven't used the rooms, but I have used the restaurant several times. Location, needless to say, in front of the lake, menu not exaggerated but executed with great professionalism, excellent service, price appropriate to everything written previously. I recommend it. It is better to book.
06/11/2024: Basic hotel, the reception and restaurant are detached from the rooms, they take you on foot to a complex in front, the rooms are clean but very dated, the prices are excellent and the food is very basic. The breakfast they offer with the rooms is only with croissant and coffee.
