Hao Sushi Bar In Castano primo

22/01/2025: tasty! The sweet shrimp and salmon sashimi are both unlimited, and I am very satisfied. The mango salmon sashimi is amazing, and the salmon foie gras is also delicious.

15/01/2025: I was in this restaurant in September 2024 and in the group there was a Japanese friend of ours to whom we wanted to try the experience of eating all you can eat sushi in Italy (in Japan there are no Ayce restaurants for sushi) and also understand if there are indeed differences. He read the menu, was impressed by the variety of dishes and types of fish and chose many dishes to taste and for us to taste. He liked everything and said he didn't expect to find the same tastes and quality he knows in Japan. We obviously couldn't be happier and this place has now become a point of reference. The only negative points (but not too much) are the rather small place and the fact that they don't offer ayce for lunch but menus at fixed prices.
