Hanami sushi In Palermo

I have been eating at this restaurant for a long time. I write "from" because I usually order takeaway, for once I wanted to go and dine directly at the restaurant. I'll start by saying that I've always eaten well at their place, but I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because there was only one flaw, which was of no small importance, but which I must admit they immediately resolved in a quick and satisfactory manner. I ordered a Uramaki sake, which had almost completely white salmon inside. I'm no culinary expert but I know that salmon with thick white streaks denotes mostly fatty salmon that hasn't been raised properly. Edible yes, but certainly not good salmon. I pointed out to the guy serving us that that salmon wasn't good and they immediately replaced it with a perfect salmon. (So ​​they had it and didn't use it) Unfortunately I give 4 stars, when they could have been 5 due to the fact that you don't have to wait for a customer to understand something about salmon, otherwise you'll give them the poorest one. The kitchen must do its duty and present good food regardless. I hope that the figure made will be a lesson for the restaurant/restaurateur. You never know who can enter your place. It could be a food critic, like a health check. Eye!

Chanced upon this sushi place coming out of the venerable Premezzo & Vitale to stock up on Italian specialties before taking the ferry back home. The young man who took care of us was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. We had a quick meal with no raw food to avoid any issues while on the ferry... the tempura were good, not fantastic, the Chao Mai good, and pork cutlets a little dry but decent. Sauces were sub par, with no sweet soy sauce for the tempura and katsu. Otherwise. The place was clean, buzzing with activity and people seemed generally pleased.

I went to Hanami Sushi (via Aspromonte). They had spoken very well to me about it, creating high expectations for me, But alas they were not respected. The food was good but not great that I have already eaten in other places. The service was more than satisfactory It is better to draw a veil over the environment.

I have been a customer for many years, there was a period when the place was no longer as good as it used to be. I wanted to give it a second chance since it changed management and the quality has returned to what it was before, or rather even better. For me it is in first place over all other Japanese restaurants, excellent quality of fish, delicate but super tasty flavors and sushi that is not at all heavy. For those who eat sushi for the first time I can assure you that with Hanami you are on the safe side!

Crazy experience, objectively the best place I've ever eaten, the all-you-can-eat menu is much richer than other places I've been, the mixed tartare in garlic sauce was buttery, with a fresh, spacey seafood flavour. Really delicious, excellent portions and also very generous. Excellent service, kind and polite guys. The price was right, we ate a lot and it was all delicious. I will definitely come back 😍
