Hanami sushi In Palermo

One of the best sushi places I've ever eaten in Palermo. The food is top-quality, and the service is not only fast but also excellent. We were particularly impressed by Nunzio, who was very professional but, above all, helpful and courteous with customers, even when the shop was packed! All these thoughtful touches made our stay more enjoyable; my boyfriend and I will definitely be back, thanks in part to him.

I have been going to this restaurant for a couple of months and I am satisfied with the quality of the food, especially the dishes reserved for the all you can eat dinner, but lately the service has disappointed me a bit due to some rude behavior by a waitress; other than that, however, I recommend this place for a quality lunch or dinner!

I have been eating at this restaurant for a long time. I write "from" because I usually order takeaway, for once I wanted to go and dine directly at the restaurant. I'll start by saying that I've always eaten well at their place, but I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because there was only one flaw, which was of no small importance, but which I must admit they immediately resolved in a quick and satisfactory manner. I ordered a Uramaki sake, which had almost completely white salmon inside. I'm no culinary expert but I know that salmon with thick white streaks denotes mostly fatty salmon that hasn't been raised properly. Edible yes, but certainly not good salmon. I pointed out to the guy serving us that that salmon wasn't good and they immediately replaced it with a perfect salmon. (So ​​they had it and didn't use it) Unfortunately I give 4 stars, when they could have been 5 due to the fact that you don't have to wait for a customer to understand something about salmon, otherwise you'll give them the poorest one. The kitchen must do its duty and present good food regardless. I hope that the figure made will be a lesson for the restaurant/restaurateur. You never know who can enter your place. It could be a food critic, like a health check. Eye!
