Excellent food, varied menu and relaxing environment; but the hospitality of the staff is the most striking thing. Super kind, quick in service and in taking away the dishes, very helpful and welcoming.

We called shortly before arriving to find out if we could come with two dogs (medium-large). There were three of us and they were very kind. They found us a separate place where we could stay with the dogs and in addition to being very kind and helpful with us, they also brought some water for the dogs. The food was very good and the waiters smiling and kind. We highly recommend.

Unfortunately there is no comparison with Japan house in Belluno, we deliberately played it safe because we often eat in Belluno. But here it was a disappointment. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Very fast service, both for serving and clearing away the dishes. The food is 4/5 because the rice spaghetti leaves something to be desired.

The dining room staff is friendly, welcoming and attentive to customer needs. The food is very good and the environment is nice. Every time we come here we leave very happy.
