Excellent food, varied menu and relaxing environment; but the hospitality of the staff is the most striking thing. Super kind, quick in service and in taking away the dishes, very helpful and welcoming.

We called shortly before arriving to find out if we could come with two dogs (medium-large). There were three of us and they were very kind. They found us a separate place where we could stay with the dogs and in addition to being very kind and helpful with us, they also brought some water for the dogs. The food was very good and the waiters smiling and kind. We highly recommend.

Unfortunately there is no comparison with Japan house in Belluno, we deliberately played it safe because we often eat in Belluno. But here it was a disappointment. Extremely dry grilled salmon, super salty edamame and chips, chips even seem to have been fried twice, sushi that should be made at the moment seemed to have been made hours ago, because the tuna and salmon managed to dry out on top... All the staff were attentive and friendly. Very fast service, both for serving and clearing away the dishes. The food is 4/5 because the rice spaghetti leaves something to be desired.

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant with high expectations, given its renowned status. However, my experience did not live up to expectations. The food, unfortunately, proved disappointing. The lack of taste in the dishes was the most negative point of the lunch. On the other hand, I want to highlight the welcome of the staff, which was very good. The environment is really pleasant and well looked after, although I noticed a few chipped plates that could have been avoided. Another negative note concerns the avocado, which was excessively soft and seemed not to be fresh, as demonstrated by a photo I attached. In conclusion, I believe there is ample room for improvement, especially regarding the quality of the food. I was hoping for a better dining experience.
