Hanami Sushi In Vittorio veneto

What a shame, what a shame. I was there on a Wednesday evening. Welcoming interiors, smiling and friendly waiters, very clear and simple order system via tablet (8/10 minutes between one order and another), beautiful dishes and fast service. BUT, the raw fish (salmon, tuna, etc) totally without any taste. I have rarely found such an unappetizing fish in other places....and the soy sauce, for my taste, inedible (it tasted like very salty water). The potential is there, there is room for improvement from the food point of view.

Passing through Vittorio Veneto we stopped for lunch in this beautiful restaurant. We are greeted by a nice and kind waiter. Orders are made via a tablet placed on one side of the table. The food arrived quickly, with the option to order more dishes. We found the food really very good, all dishes are prepared with care and passion. The only regret for us is that we don't live near the restaurant and go there often.

The place is always very clean and the staff are very kind and friendly! You can eat very well at both lunch and dinner, being able to choose from a variety of well-prepared dishes.

We ate very well.... Vast assortment... Definitely coming back... Always a very crowded place, but we found a seat without booking.... We were more than satisfied. All very good (the one we chose)... The staff were organized and fast... We will absolutely go back... More than recommended...

I thought it was only Japanese cuisine but instead I found a large amount of Asian dishes. Good quality and great service. I appreciate ordering with an iPad which in this type of restaurant helps speed up service. I recommend it for the variety, quality and quantity.

Nice relaxing and elegant environment to eat with the consolidated "eat all you can eat" formula that many Chinese and pseudo-Japanese restaurants offer. It is advisable to look carefully at what is and is not included in the formula, which is abundant and rich. Using the tablets, present on each table, you can consult the quantities, types of dishes, ingredients, allergenic contents, extra costs not included, etc. The dishes are tasty, there is no shortage of sushi, the soups are tasty and very welcome especially on cold days; the different teas are also recommended. Of course there is no shortage of drinks and there are also high quality wines. My gratitude goes to the dynamic young staff, always ready to move and collect the empty dishes and kind in offering you any information.

I don't know much about this type of food, but tell me what you want in the evening you pay a lot, not to say a lot
