Haki - Crema In Crema

I wasn't crazy about the quality of the food. I don't see much difference compared to an AYCE except for the way the dishes are served, which is a little more refined. I can't understand why in so many places the tartare has become a mincing and not a knife-cut, I would prefer there to be some nice big pieces of tuna or salmon and not a chopped mush. The accompanying sauce was good, overall it was okay but eating only the fish, no. Salmon tataki was not bad, I would reduce the amount of sauce because it is quite covering and doesn't allow you to fully taste the flavor of the fish. Salmon sashimi was good, as were the gunkan with ikura and tobikko, unlike the special with flambéed salmon tartare. Unagi nigiri, good, not rubbery like in other places and the sauce was not invasive. I didn't like the grilled eel rolls, a bitter taste in my throat after eating them. Excellent miso soup and excellent wakame seaweed. Low quality/price ratio, not worth the money spent, 87 euros with only two bottles of water seems excessive to me, I repeat, for the quality of the fish and not for the service or the location. I will try the aperitif in case, but I will definitely not return for dinner.

It is a restaurant where you eat very well and I often go there when I am in Crema. Unfortunately I had a small problem with an incorrect change, but they were very professional and immediately refunded me via bank transfer. Therefore, in addition to having a very high quality of food, both for sushi and Chinese dishes, they are also very professional!

I go often with my girlfriend, I'm a vegetarian (I don't eat meat or fish) and I never go away on an empty stomach, in fact I stuff myself as much as I can because the value for money is definitely good. The service is sometimes super fast, sometimes super slow, it depends a lot on the amount of people there, but the staff is very friendly.

Sono anni che vado in questo ristorante e ogni volta sia io che la mia famiglia ci troviamo sempre molto bene ! il cibo è ottimo vario e creativo , il locale ben arredato e confortevole , il personale tutto estremamente cordiale e la proprietaria attenta a tutto ...per noi oramai una cara amica . Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità del cibo . Uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti a Crema

Locale molto bello e curato, personale super disponibile e gentile, la qualità della materia prima si nota subito, oltre allo stile nell' impaittamento. Menù alla carta molto ampio. Nella mia personalissima top 3 dei sushi in zona sud Milano. Non da trascurare il comodissimo parcheggio difronte al ristorante. Bellissima esperienza, super consigliato.

Very nice and well-kept place, super helpful and kind staff, the quality of the raw materials is immediately noticeable, in addition to the style of the packaging. In my personal top 3 of sushi in the southern Milan area. Not to be overlooked is the very convenient parking in front of the restaurant. Beautiful experience, highly recommended.

I had dinner here on a foggy evening in Crema. Very good quality/price ratio. There is the possibility to choose between a Japanese and an Asian menu. The staff is fast and friendly. The soy spaghetti is super delicious and I love it.
