After 2 visits, the impression of the service is not very pleasant: Although the waiters are friendly, there are generally no questions for them, but the service leaves much to be desired. The first time, we expected to run in for an hour and a half, but stayed for 3 hours, 2 of which were spent waiting for dishes, and even with such a long waiting time, we were brought other people's dishes, and one of the dishes (mushrooms with bamboo) was almost undercooked , has it been held for a long time; when we asked why we were waiting so long, they answered "wait" and waited even longer. The second time, the service left an even worse impression. More precisely, terrible: The price of the dinner menu was different everywhere, in the physical paper menu the price was 23€, when we asked the waiter why they answered "The menu on the tablet says 26€, this menu is old.", and to be sure we looked at the dinner menu by reading the qr-code, and there the price was different again! 22€, the price on the website, how to understand it?

17/12/2024: Uno dei miei ristoranti giapponesi preferiti. I prezzi sono molto buoni, così come i piatti. Il servizio è sempre stato abbastanza veloce oltre che gentile ma ora con i tablet è ancora meglio. Consiglio veramente quasi tutti i piatti, dagli antipasti, agli uramaki di tutti i tipi
