Haiku In Bologna

Delicious menu! Very good and really kind staff, they are relatives of the old owners of Mizuumi once in San Lazzaro. the best Yaki Soba I have ever eaten!

We had a wonderful experience. It was a great break from pasta on our trip of Italy. My dear got the Haiku roll and it was great. I got the sauted rice with chicken/veggies and it was also great. We shared the gyoza and tempura veggies. Again, great flavor. The gyoza was the best of it all in my opinion, but it was all extremely fresh anf tasty. This would be "our place" if we were from here!

Consigliatissimo, veramente ristorante molto buono. Servizio veloce e cibo buono. Lo consiglio. In una persona ho speso 30 euro però la cena è stata più che bastevole e di buona qualità

The environment is very nice and comfortable and the staff is very kind. We often take takeaway sushi, always fresh. Sometimes, alone or with friends, we stop for dinner and lately also for lunch, with the fixed Asian menu which is really good and plentiful. One of our favorite places.

I'll start by saying that I've read some very negative recent reviews about this restaurant and honestly, for the dishes I tried, they are completely excessive and unfounded. I would also like to point out that I was around closing time and midweek, with only one other table of customers and all the tranquility and calm in the world. The restaurant IS NOT an All You Can Eat and the quality is obviously higher than the classic AYCE ones (the raw materials seem better, larger portions, much thicker sashimi slices etc.), but it is not even the best à la carte sushi that have ever tried; but definitely above average. The service was very quick (as mentioned previously there was only one other couple of customers) and the place doesn't seem to offer many seats, so it's always best to book. A somewhat "sore" point are the prices, which in my opinion are slightly higher than average compared to the à la carte restaurants that offer this quality of product (i.e. not the top of the range); However, in general I recommend it for both sushi and Chinese or Thai dishes.

Good Chinese cuisine, also Thai dishes, the sushi is freshly prepared and you can feel the quality, it's not an all you can eat, very fresh and good fish.
