Just 5 stars, in all aspects related to this restaurant. If you love sushi, than this is one of the best you’ll have around the world, not just in Italy. The availability and freshness of the seafood in this area makes their sushi extra delicious. PS: order the “burro” roll (off the menu)

Very classy and very good restaurant, we had a great time. However, lack of politeness on the part of the servers. Not even a goodbye, it's a shame at that price. In addition, the schedules do not match what is listed on the internet.

We had a great time in this restaurant, everything was delicious, with lots of flavors. The interior was very beautiful, well decorated. The waiters simply lacked a little kindness and a smile.

I've been missing for a couple of years and in my opinion it's a little less good. Staff a little too hasty, you can't enjoy dinner. Cocktail mid-dinner not arrived and therefore cancelled, flavor of the sushi pieces ordered a little weak, a single ingredient dominated everything

Bello da rimanere storditi, colori vivacissimi, un locale pop...tutto molto lontano da quello che la cucina e l'estetica giapponese ci insegnano come anche i piatti. Molte rivisitazioni e contaminazioni nel menu', tutto davvero troppo caro per un'esperienza che non è all'altezza.

Locale dinamico con arredamento moderno. Personale molto professionale e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza (molto attenti alle allergie/intolleranze). Cibo soddisfacente e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consiglio vivamente la prenotazione, in quanto il locale è sempre molto affollato (il servizio è distribuito su due turni).

02/08/2024: It's the second time I've come to this restaurant, the food is always exceptional and the atmosphere welcoming, but I noticed a difference that left me amazed, The last time I had booked and I was treated excellently, super attentive and never invasive 5-star service, this time without a reservation the service did not stand up to comparison, nothing serious or scandalous but with several carelessness, such as the fact of taking away my cutlery without asking me if I wanted anything else, even though my girlfriend was still eating, a clear signal from the waiters to clear the table quickly. The first time I was greeted by a bartender who offered a wide range of welcome cocktails, but this time nothing, even though I saw the same bartender inside. The only flaw this evening was unfortunately but still sufficient 3 stars for the service. Final rating 4 stars not 5 due to a different service towards those who do not book.

Puro - ristorante giapponese

28/08/2024: Everything was perfect ! The food, the staff, the atmosphere… Thank you for this perfect dinner. One of our best memories in the city for sure. We’ll come back the next time we’re in town. Victor & Aurélie
26/08/2024: This is an Italian take on Japanese dishes. Don’t expect any Japanese tastes. We were told the fish was fresh but sadly it wasn’t tasty. Everything was served with olive oil and herbs that’s often used in Italian cooking, which made everything taste pretty much the same. If you’ve eaten good Japanese food in major cities around the world, this certainly does not cut it. Service wasn’t great. Owners of the restaurant are the waiters which gives it a strange feel to the space. Price is what you would expect from a nice sushi restaurant, so at least that wasn’t a surprise. I’m sure all good intentions here but it just doesn’t even live up to what one might expect from a Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant.
