Original recipes, everything very good. The place is beautiful and well-kept, and the staff is friendly.

Very nice ambiance. Different to what we are use to in good sushi places in Montreal.

Everything in order! Everything perfect! Very well-prepared waitresses, we were served by really really good girls! And nowadays it is not easy at all, says someone who works in the sector. Good girls, very good.

Very good fusion food. A wide variety of wines and cocktails are on the menu. The service was very poor, slow, and overwhelmed. For the price they charge, it should be excellent. We were served by three or four different waiters, including the manager, who was the only bilingual person. They brought our plates out as soon as we finished the last bite, as if they were in a hurry. And as soon as we finished dinner, they immediately offered dessert, giving us no time to digest. It leaves a feeling of a fast food restaurant when you're going to spend a relaxing evening enjoying good food and drinks. And then when we asked for the bill, the opposite happened. They took so long to come (we flagged down every waiter who saw us) that we had to get up and go straight to the register. It's a shame because the food is very good, but the experience is diminished when it's not complete.

The staff is always kind and friendly. We went as 2 people and we relied on the dining room manager to choose the dishes. All the dishes ordered are explained. A pleasure to return. Highly recommended

Wonderful sushi and other items – not just run-of-the-mill, but a truly fantastic selection! The only criticism: one of the waiters/bartenders smelled pretty strongly of sweat :-/

Come sempre si ritorna con piacere da Hagakure NOH SAMBA... il servizio impeccabile come sempre, l'offerta gastronomica innovativa, piacevolissima e divertente. Oltre a riprovare le solite conferme (Crispy Rice Salmone, Sashimi Yuzu Miso, degustazione di burro) e a scoprire con tristezza l'assenza del mitico Bao alla carbonara, abbiamo sperimentato nuovi piatti. Tra tutti, il Ramen di Porcini e Foie Gras è stato a dir poco superlativo. La cantina propone soluzioni diverse e alcune davvero importanti (Salon, Krug anche in versione rosè, etc..), il clima è accogliente e il locale bellissimo. Quando siamo a Bari, è tappa fissa!
