An unmissable experience if you love sushi and fusion cuisine

Every time I go there it's not just a dinner but an experience, excellent quality, dishes designed and composed to perfection, extremely attentive and helpful staff.

I recommend trying the more particular dishes as they are truly exciting. The sushi classics are also delicious. Highly recommended. Starry prices

I often go here with my family, the atmosphere is pleasant, although for convenience we would need hangers for winter coats. The prices are high but the culinary choice is wide and the foods very particular. It must be said, having tried a lot of quality sushi in my life, that rolls and sushi are absolutely not their strong point, neither in taste nor in quality. However, they are very good at creating more ethnic and particular dishes. For example, the savory Chinese bread with a mix of various butters is delicious. Sometimes there is a wait for service, and the waiters get some dishes wrong. Despite this they are always available. If the sushi improved it would be a really great place!

Unfortunately they allow smoking in this place. Too bad, I'll cross it off my top list and I don't think we'll be back again.

Fantastic Japanese restaurant in the center, so much so that my wife and daughter and I were there for 2 consecutive Sundays, excellent quality of food, excellent wine list, professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff...a special applause to the young lady who coordinates the room with grace and competence... restaurant with around 40 seats, truly an added value for people like me who don't like chaotic places. Excellent value for money. Well done 👏🏿

Not your usual Japanese restaurant! Hagakure Noh Samba, now an institution in the center of Bari, is undoubtedly the best Japanese fusion restaurant in the area. Come here if you are looking for something different. If, however, you are fond of the more traditional flavors of Bari sushi, choose Hagakure on via Amendola instead

We had a phenomenal meal. All dishes were prepared with attention and passion. All combinations were super tasty and everything was perfect. Service is very good and you felt welcome. 11/10! If you are in Bari and don't want to eat Italian food, I recommend this place. It was fantastic!
