Hagakure NOH SAMBA - Nikkei Sushi Restaurant & Mixology Bar In Bari

I went for the first time yesterday and I recommend it to everyone who loves real sushi! Five stars are very few. Not to mention the super professional and kind staff. Rating 10

We tried this hagakure yesterday for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. We wanted to try a bit of everything (including sashimi, nigiri, gio, uramaki, dim sum and ramen) but our absolute favorite was the sashimi which literally melted like butter in your mouth, very fresh, wonderful. The only flaw, the service was a little slow, but we will be back!

I visited Hagakure Noh Samba during Easter week and was satisfied. The place is welcoming and well looked after, in a very central position near the Petruzzelli. The starters were well prepared, with fresh and interesting flavours. The first courses were particularly successful: the Pad Thai was tasty and the 'Asian Cappuccino' tagliolini had an original and well-balanced flavour. The rolls were also good, with quality fish. The service was quick, attentive and courteous. The only note to report: some plates and glasses had slight chips, which however did not compromise the experience. The quality-price ratio is correct, in line with the offer. I recommend trying the Asian Cappuccino: it was really good. Hagakure Noh Samba is an excellent choice for those looking for fine Asian cuisine in the city center.”

I went for the first time yesterday for lunch, it was recommended to me by a friend of mine....Very relaxing, welcoming and very very nice atmosphere, not to mention the high quality food and all super good. We will be back soon.

We were in the late evening in the lounge bar area, nice atmosphere, DJ on the console, excellent food.

Come sempre si ritorna con piacere da Hagakure NOH SAMBA... il servizio impeccabile come sempre, l'offerta gastronomica innovativa, piacevolissima e divertente. Oltre a riprovare le solite conferme (Crispy Rice Salmone, Sashimi Yuzu Miso, degustazione di burro) e a scoprire con tristezza l'assenza del mitico Bao alla carbonara, abbiamo sperimentato nuovi piatti. Tra tutti, il Ramen di Porcini e Foie Gras è stato a dir poco superlativo. La cantina propone soluzioni diverse e alcune davvero importanti (Salon, Krug anche in versione rosè, etc..), il clima è accogliente e il locale bellissimo. Quando siamo a Bari, è tappa fissa!
