A la carte sushi in Bari. A very nice place that clearly stands out from the competition. A large number of chefs and waiters make the service quite fast. Despite the large availability of tables, it is best to reserve. The quality of the dishes is unquestionable... you can taste all the ingredients that go into the dish. The rice that makes up the rolls arrives still warm, a sign that the product has just been prepared. Very satisfied, the thing that won me over most was the salmon sashimi, it melted in my mouth, the quality of the fish superior to all other restaurants.                 Above-average prices, good food, very good but not in line with the price. The waitress put a plate on my phone because she was answering a call to another table. Fake plants everywhere. The menu is confusing, there's no "path"—I'd like it to be a little Milanese, but I can't. True quality is in the details; watch where you put your plates.                 First of all, a premise: we were looking for an Asian fusion experience, not a classic Japanese restaurant... and we found it. We chose unique dishes and didn't regret it. In short, the cuisine is amazing, meaning not only are the dishes original and well-designed, but there's extreme care in their execution. The atmosphere is casual, trendy, and friendly, and at first you might think it's just show, but the substance is there, and it's truly impressive. The wagyu beef ravioli is top-notch. Shiso tempura is an experience. The Italian spaghetti with coconut sauce, mussels, etc. is a real surprise. In short, if you're looking for "different" dishes, have the courage to try new and untried dishes... you won't regret it.
