Hagakure - Fusion Restaurant & Sushi Bar In Bari

If heaven had a dedicated sushi stand, it would surely be run by Hagakure. A culinary experience that you should try at least once in your life, because it truly leaves you speechless and with a full stomach and a whirlwind of contrasting emotions. You might even feel sorry to eat and say goodbye to certain beauties and delicacies, on the other hand after coming to eat here I don't think it's possible to be satisfied with the sushi around until you have completely forgotten these flavors (Not it's that simple, not even after years). In addition to this, the service is impeccable, the staff is super trained and very kind and courteous. I can't recommend any dishes, I advise you to book a 3/4 day holiday directly to try everything. But I can say that the Fluffy Roll has a special place in my heart, since 2021, and that every dish I have eaten tasted incredible. I LOVE EVERYTHING, and the dessert, although I thought it could never compete with the lunch itself, lived up to the expectations created because it too was incredibly good.

Hagakure was my very first sushi restaurant years ago, and even after all this time, it remains the only and best place for contemporary Japanese cuisine. The food is consistently excellent, showcasing a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. The new waitress which unfortunately don’t remember the name, truly makes a difference with her kindness, attentiveness, and expertise. It is simply amazing and sets a standard that other restaurants should aspire to. If you are a tourist thinking to taste the best sushi and Japanese cuisine outside Japan, this is a place that you cannot miss! . Well done, Hagakure—your many years of experience clearly shine through!
