Cozy place ideal for a quiet evening enjoying excellent food. Good selection of wines and refined desserts. And as always excellent quality of raw materials worked with extreme sensitivity. Hagakure is always a guarantee.

High quality and a fair price make this place the best sushi restaurant in Bari for value for money. You need to book well in advance to go on the weekend, the place is beautiful and elegant, but not very large. The loyalty card is interesting for getting an immediate discount even if you sign up while sitting at the table. I don't feel like recommending any dish in particular because it's all really good and worth tasting: a guarantee

Pleasant, serene atmosphere. Waiters very attentive to customers. There is a soft light in the room. Exquisite and delicious food. Particular flavors accompanied by the freshness of the ingredients. A family dinner.

The best sushi I've ever had, what a flavor! What combinations! …. With prices in line with other Japanese à la carte restaurants. The staff is very courteous and professional with excellent service, the environment is very beautiful, also suitable for a romantic dinner. I recommend the Special roll mix chosen by the chef. 23/06/2025: I think it's the best sushi in the area. There's a great variety of dishes, especially uramaki, all delicious. I recommend trying the mango hosomaki! They're super good :P
05/06/2025: Nice, came here a bunch of times. The all you can eat menu is awesome :D They have small and bigger jars of warm sake as well.
