È inutile girarci attorno: la pizza è ottima e realizzata con cura, partendo dall'impasto (con lievito madre) per arrivare agli ingredienti di qualità. Encomio alla pizza senza glutine: ottima, tra le migliori che abbiamo mangiato! L'impasto è morbido e croccante (come dovrebbe essere una buona pizza). Peccato che siamo stati lì in zona solo una notte!
