05/06/2025: My boyfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the restaurant. First of all, it was possible to book a table on the same day - this can be difficult at a Michelin restaurant in Denmark. We ordered a five-course menu with dessert, where we left the choices to our hostess, who very competently selected dishes based on our wishes, including my boyfriend's wishes for vegetarian dishes. The service was very attentive and, for example, no food was placed on the table if we were not both present. Before each course, a glass of wine was poured, which was matched to the dish that would be served immediately after. Both wine and food were presented in a very nice and knowledgeable way and with a little story about the characteristics and origin of the wine. The wines and ingredients in the food came mostly from the local area. All in all, the food and wine looked absolutely fabulous in the equally authentic surroundings and the interior of the premises. So thank you so much for a wonderful experience to the hostess, chef and waiters, who all contributed to a wonderful memory of our holiday 🌞 We recommend the place to anyone who wants to challenge their taste buds and other senses ⭐
