What a discovery this Eco restaurant! Use of local products but not banal proposals: studied dishes, well balanced and really pleasant. The appetizer is rich and well-finished, with local products. Excellent cheese wrapped in bacon and potato chips with peppers. Among the first courses, the nettle risotto with pecorino fondue was a discovery: original and delicious. The trofie with sausage ragù with caciocavallo fondue were tasty. 🍀 The ecological footprint is perceived everywhere: from the many lush plants (all real) to the spaces cared for with respect for the environment. The furnishings are chosen with taste and the atmosphere is authentic and welcoming. The staff is kind and our dog was welcomed without any problem. 🐶 ⭐️ A beautiful place, I recommend it!
