Great experience! We were walking the Olive Tree Trail and this property was the only one in the area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The breakfast was plentiful. The dinner was also excellent.

We had a great time. The hotel was welcoming, with clean and comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The location is fantastic, with trails starting from there. Special mention goes to the hotel restaurant, where we had excellent duck and pasta.

Comfortable, clean, easy to get to with plenty of parking. Great for visiting the many local villages or hiking. The restaurant and excellent breakfast are a plus.

I was passing by on my motorbike, and it immediately made a great impression on me! Beautiful, clean rooms with all the comforts, and the restaurant was excellent too! I highly recommend it!

12/10/2025: Amid the chaos, it has attracted a significant influx of tourists. Today, October 12th, is the Perugia/Assisi Peace March... heading towards Assisi. It was mobbed because it was the first business to open.
