It's the second time I've stopped at this farmhouse.
If you are looking for a bit of tranquility it is the perfect place because there are 4 rooms (not crowded) and you can dine in front of a beautiful rustic fireplace.
Felice is a truly exquisite person in his manners and will stop to have a chat in a very friendly manner.
Very good traditional Molise cuisine.
I will go back again.

Stop for lunch, only girl serving the tables, very friendly and helpful. Very good cold cuts and appetizers. Homemade first courses. All good at very reasonable prices.

Isolated farmhouse very far from Capracotta. Nothing exceptional. Simple dishes, home cooking, no local specialties. I had asked by telephone 2 days before, when booking, if shaved truffles had been available. Answer: "yes white truffle". But at the table I was told that they didn't have any truffles. (It's not done that way.)

The cuisine of Guado Cannavina in Capracotta is simple and genuine, with dishes prepared with local ingredients that reflect the Molise tradition.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
We stayed with our dog... everything was excellent

Truly a Genuine place... Family lunch 9 people with 3 children, we were all fully satisfied with the food quality and quantity (almost too much 😅).... Genuine cured meats and cheeses with simple flavors, something from times gone by . First courses with classic and homemade pasta, all plentiful and tasty, the second course of mixed grilled meat was fabulous, the meat was perfectly cooked to the right point, not too much, not too little, all the meat soft and succulent..... A place we will return to Surely...

To discover the genuine flavors of Molise it is the perfect place! From truffles to cold cuts, through cheeses to desserts, excellent quality raw materials, abundant dishes and truly honest prices. Even the house wine is good! Surrounded by the Molise landscape, certainly out of the way compared to the most popular places but it's worth stopping by!
