21/08/2025: In this restaurant, everything draws inspiration from an ancient monastic culinary art. I personally ordered a slice of veal with a side of potatoes. Everything was prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. The waiters were all very kind. I really appreciated that they provided many explanations on how the dishes were prepared. The only small flaw is that the slice should be made slightly thicker and the breading improved because it crumbled. However, I am very satisfied! I will definitely be back.

20/08/2025: We've been visiting this beautiful city every September for many years, and we've always eaten at Fink. Unfortunately, I have to say that since the renovation, many of the good dishes have also been removed. For example, I always looked forward to the large rösti with lots of salad and cheese. Instead, they serve "fancy" dishes at high prices. We enjoyed the food much more a few years ago, and we enjoyed going there more often because the atmosphere is great. Despite that, we won't be going back this year. Sad
