Grotta Dei Germogli In Mazzano romano

I ate with two of my friends in this splendid restaurant; dishes based on vegetables but not only, ravioli filled with vegetables, gnocchi, trofie all homemade and with delicate and tasty seasonings, to conclude two fantastic desserts: a chocolate cake with pistachio cream which is nothing short of sublime (it must be that I love chocolate!) and a taste of fruit tart! Antonella welcomed us with a beautiful smile, considering that we arrived well in advance given the slightly cold temperature! We will return to Calcata to do the circular tour in the Treja valley and taste other vegetarian dishes.

Simply magical and beautiful place, to say recommended is an understatement... the attention to detail inside and outside of this more than club I would call it a Museum, a galactic place in that Calcata, a village on a human scale.
