Suggestive place both inside the cave and outside on the green valley...quality vegetarian food, recommended!!

It is a wonderful cave with artists who over the years have enriched it with exclusive works that are now part of the furnishings, I have seen the evolution of this place, it is a relaxing environment where everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The vegetarian food is exceptional, coming from me who am an omnivore it should add value to the statement, the thing I appreciated is the refinement of the flavors which do not imitate meat or non-vegetarian dishes... so to speak, offering substitutes, but they explore the vegetarian and vegan world in such a complete way that it surprises, with combinations of flavors, colors and tradition that really impressed me. the hospitality they offer is unparalleled, I have always found exceptional people available to welcome me over the years.
