I ate with two of my friends in this splendid restaurant; dishes based on vegetables but not only, ravioli filled with vegetables, gnocchi, trofie all homemade and with delicate and tasty seasonings, to conclude two fantastic desserts: a chocolate cake with pistachio cream which is nothing short of sublime (it must be that I love chocolate!) and a taste of fruit tart! Antonella welcomed us with a beautiful smile, considering that we arrived well in advance given the slightly cold temperature! We will return to Calcata to do the circular tour in the Treja valley and taste other vegetarian dishes.

Simply magical and beautiful place, to say recommended is an understatement... the attention to detail inside and outside of this more than club I would call it a Museum, a galactic place in that Calcata, a village on a human scale. A piece of advice, don't be complicated and let yourself be served. Spun

17/10/2024: The pizzeria is well looked after, very good pizza, moderate prices, there is also beer on tap, I recommend it
30/09/2024: I'll start immediately with the most important thing: the dough is delicious! We are truly talking about TOP levels (I speak as a former gourmet pizza chef). Perhaps one of the most fragrant round pizzas I've ever eaten. Perfectly leavened, expertly rolled out and cooked to perfection! I believe it is a reality that works much more with takeaway and deliveries, also due to the few tables available to customers. However, we wanted to try eating it on the spot after having tried it with home delivery and by contextualising the two different situations, the pizza still remains the absolute protagonist, and deservedly so. Sincere compliments, I'll write it down and recommend it verbally to my acquaintances!

08/08/2024: Locale a Spinaceto. Ambiente informale ma simpatico. I ragazzi si tavoli sono attenti e cortesi. Abbiamo ordinato supplì e fiori di zucca per antipasto. Il fiore era buono i supplì discreti non eccezionali. La pinsa margherita ottima. Nella rossa con bufala il pomodoro sovrastava il gusto. Nel complesso le pinse sono buone anche se non particolarmente digeribili
22/03/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale per cena. La pinsa è davvero ottima, di ottima qualità, così come le bruschette. Inoltre il locale è molto coccolo e tranquillo. Ottimo i prezzi. Ci torneremo.
