The gelato is very tasty 😋 I ordered a cone with two flavors: pistachio and Lapland, and both were very good 👍.
The 4-star rating is due to the cone, which was very hard at the end and inedible, so I had to throw it away.
The service is fast and very good.

I've always loved this ice cream shop. I discovered it in Piedmont, and while strolling through the streets of Siena I happened upon it, so I decided to have an ice cream that was excellent as always. Unfortunately, the price was too high for the amount of ice cream that fits on the cone, the window display was not very clean, not to mention the restrooms, and there was only one employee at the counter who tried to serve everyone in a short time—a real shame.

"Grom Siena is like an old-fashioned relaxing boutique with gelato. They talk about how we have to do gelato on special occasions, but I understand how people go there when we're not a lot, in my head it's like some celebrity kids spending the night at a dibiterie. The pistachios? They're like the shame you lick on the running campo delbe della taguette? They're sorrel. There was no unfriendly attitude, and there were quite a lot of smiles. Fortunately, Taiwan is expensive, so I'm not out of place at this price. The ice cream was quite large, but unfortunately I tried two flavors I had never tried before and didn't like either of them.
