Grom reconfirms itself as a quality ice cream chain. The ice cream is always impeccable. I appreciate the chance to make a coffee affogato. The only thing I don't understand is the policy of only being able to make it in regular and large sizes. Why can't we also make it small, for those who just want a taste? For me it makes no sense to deprive customers of this possibility. For this reason, together with the impatient communication of the staff, I don't feel like giving the maximum rating to this experience. How good is the ice cream though. The espresso, made with Illy coffee, is also excellent.
