Business lunch. Service a bit slow if the restaurant is at half capacity, but the food is good, with generous portions, more than reasonable. The price for the workers is very fair: €13 without dessert. The only downside is the temperature inside the restaurant is a bit chilly. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Hidden away behind Via Aurelia, in Ceriale, is "Il Grillo." Here you eat like at home. That is, well, and in abundance. The service is truly family-like, attentive and friendly. The food is good, plentiful, and you can tell it's been cooked with care. Amazing value for money. You absolutely must stop by.

08/01/2026: I was here with my family for dinner. Very nice atmosphere, delicious food, and the owner even gave us a panettone. 😊 My son ordered white pasta—not on the menu—but that was no problem. 😊 Thank you. 😀
07/01/2026: A small but very intimate restaurant. Excellent dishes: melt-in-your-mouth tagliolini and delicious mushroom risotto. Friendly service and average prices.

23/10/2025: Recommended for GOOD lunches and dinners
14/09/2025: The fried food was excellent, a rarity to find such a variety and abundance. Trofie with pesto was delicious. It was a shame I missed the vegetable flan with Parmesan fondue; I think it was a frozen product. In any case, it lacked the attention to ingredients and flavor that the other two dishes displayed. The lady in the dining room was kind and welcoming. In short, the restaurant is worth a visit, but be careful with your choices.
