I wanted to order a pizza, but when I placed my order, I was informed that they didn't serve pizza at lunch. It's not mentioned anywhere on the menu. We only had Aperol, which was very good.

Elegant restaurant. When you enter you smell a strange smell (maybe it's the fumes from the grill? It smells like ammonia). Well presented and tasteful dishes. I suggest that the glass of wine is not only cheaper but also a sufficient quantity. Ugly bathrooms and no possibility to dry your hands.

Today we ate at the Grillage during a trip to Brixen and were thrilled by the quality and extremely tasty preparation of the dishes. The pizza was super tasty and had very tasty ingredients. The asparagus risotto with lamb tasted like a dream. We felt very comfortable thanks to the very nice service and the cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🍲

The food was great both times, but things seem to be a bit bumpy in the kitchen. Some of the wrong side dishes came and our four meals came very out of sync. The first ones were already ready when the others got their menu. That doesn't actually work at all. Very, very friendly waitress who was able to compensate for a lot.

Our new favorite restaurant in Brixen. The food was very good, as was the ambience and service. Of some of the certainly good restaurants, we felt most at home here.

One of the best spatzle I've ever had, highly recommended. Not salty, very creamy and soft. There are also some crunchy bits on top that add to the texture of the dish in every bite.
Drinks were quite expensive though.

Ci siamo fermati in questo locale per il pranzo di sabato 22/02, ci hanno trattato subito benissimo e ci hanno addirittura dato un tappetino per la cagnolina, per farla stare al caldo.
Carne eccellente, la grigliata mista molto buona anche i primi niente male.
Se dovessimo ricapitare per Bressanone sicuramente non avremo dubbi su dove fermarci per mangiare.

Una piacevole serata a Bressanone Personale molto gentile
ci hanno subito accolto e fatto accomodare al tavolo offrendoci anche un posto comodo con cuscino per la nostra cagnolina
Tutto Ottimo dalla focaccia alle trofie con crema di parmigiano e Tartufo e per ultimo un plate di misto carne alla griglia a dir poco squisita …
Molto buono anche il vino
Torneremo il 1 gennaio per gustarci la pizza che solo a vederla promette benissimo!
