Grillage In Bressanone

Nice cozy atmosphere dispute it being a large restaurant.

The restaurant is very well-maintained and the staff is particularly friendly. The meat dishes are good, especially the ribs, which are among the best. The pizza, however, is not up to par and definitely overpriced. The dessert portions are very small and the prices are high. We appreciated the restaurant's cleanliness, which was done by a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is located upstairs and is connected by a freight elevator and intercom system.

Very kind staff, excellent food and welcoming place and atmosphere

We stumbled upon it by chance, but the choice couldn't have been better. They quickly seated us, even though we hadn't booked, and the service was lightning-fast. The guasch soup was excellent, as were the trio of dumplings and the schnitzel with fries. The staff were friendly, and the place was very welcoming. Prices were average. Recommended

We had lunch at this restaurant in the center of Bressanone, stopping off on our way back from Germany. We were lucky to find a table, as there were seven of us and the restaurant was full. The location is elegant and welcoming, the staff is friendly and quick, and the dishes we ordered were very good (canederli and pappardelle), but since we had little time, we didn't get to try the other dishes and desserts. Excellent presentation. Prices are medium-high. I would recommend it.

We arrived unannounced at the almost completely full restaurant. We were greeted very warmly, along with our two dogs, and shown to a table. A blanket and treats were provided for the dogs. The food was excellent, and the service was incredibly friendly. We felt completely at ease and immediately booked for the following New Year's Eve. The owner promptly asked where the dogs were, as she had reserved a special alcove for us. This evening, too, was characterized by friendliness, excellent wine recommendations, and a cozy atmosphere, even though things got a bit hectic around 9:00 pm when guests changed. On our next visit to Brixen, the "Grillage" is definitely a must. Thank you so much for two wonderful and enjoyable evenings with you.

An absolute bullseye! ❤️ The atmosphere is truly cozy. The service is the highlight: incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful; you feel more like you're visiting friends than in a restaurant. Simply fantastic. The food was high-quality and tasted absolutely perfect. We went once, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back again the very next day. That pretty much says it all.
