26/01/2025: I have visited several locations in the chain, but unfortunately this one disappointed me. Here are the main critical points of my experience: Food quality: the ribs arrived dry, which detracted from the taste. Cleanliness: the cutlery was dirty, an unacceptable detail for a place of this type. Staff: I noticed more managers than waiters, and the attention to the customer was minimal, limited only to the moments when they came to the table. Service: the wait was quite long, although it didn't seem like a particularly busy time. I hope these aspects can be improved, because in the past I have had better experiences at other Roadhouse venues.
