23/09/2025: Once a magical place with prompt service and an excellent selection of pastries, today the service is mediocre and the selection is limited and not as excellent as it once was. I've been going to this pastry shop for 35 years, and I speak with full knowledge of the facts.
11/09/2025: Summer vacation at this hotel. It's a well-maintained, classic structure, clean, and tidy. The restaurant is good, and the restaurant manager is excellent. Perhaps the restaurant staff are a bit too chaotic. We had a great time, except for the room service and reception, which could be improved. Some noise from the busy road.

Laubenkeller

06/11/2025: We have been guests at the Laubenkeller for years and have always been treated as valued guests and received excellent service. The entire staff is friendly and competent. The negative reviews are incomprehensible and, in our opinion, unfounded. We wish the Laubenkeller and its staff all the very best and a successful 2026!
02/11/2025: Located under the arcades in the center of Merano, this restaurant is quaint and tastefully decorated. The friendly and knowledgeable staff provide fast and attentive service. We ordered two first courses, two types of ravioli, and a main course. We were satisfied, and if you're in the area, I recommend trying their dishes. Prices are in line with average prices.
