Good, but could do better for the price

I didn't think it was fair to pay a 10% service charge on top of the cover charge.

The location was beautiful, the food was good, the quality cured meats were excellent, and the meat was excellent. My only criticism goes to a waiter who made a rather unkind comment. My husband simply asked for a specific brand of amaro, simply because he only likes that (which he finds in almost every restaurant we've been to). It would have been enough to say it wasn't available, but instead the waiter said in a superior tone, "We don't have any cheap amaros," and listed all the amaros they had. We were very disappointed, but we preferred not to comment.

Very nice place, very good food, excellent service, thanks to Massimo (the sommelier), Stefano (for the waiter), and the young Mattia, people who made our dinner even more enjoyable and above all gave us excellent advice. Very welcoming atmosphere that adds to the magic of the evening. Thank you.

I spent a lovely evening with my boyfriend; the food was delicious and the location was very welcoming. We didn't appreciate the sommelier's service; we asked for a wine recommendation first, and he made us feel like we were rushing through the process. When he brought our glasses, I found the wine different from what I'd ordered. In this case, I would have appreciated the sommelier offering me an alternative, but instead he insisted rudely on the qualities of the wine, even though I didn't like them. To avoid any inconvenience, I didn't change my glass and swapped it with my boyfriend's.
