Good evening, I'd like to point out that I'm not a customer but a former employee. I'm perhaps the first to write a review as an employee of the restaurant. I've been in the restaurant business for 30 years, and I can tell you that I've never worked in a place so meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. It's run by a young man named Giancarmine Cotugno, who has room for improvement as a humble guy and who solves problems in a better way. The kitchen is managed by Chef Giacomo, surrounded by fantastic people—Francesco, Fabio, etc.—who are full of people eager to learn. The dining room is managed by the great Chef de Rang Massimo, a fantastic person, something any restaurant could do without. Top-quality products, he concludes by saying, "Granfuoco Braceria is one of the best meat restaurants in Naples."

I had been looking for a place to eat quality meat for a long time, and I have to tell the truth: I found a place that was nothing short of sublime. It is a well-known place, located in a very popular area (Parco Virgiliano), in the heart of Posillipo. They welcomed us with open arms and accompanied us to our reserved table with great professionalism. Really good! I really appreciated the entrée. The location is a successful mix between grill and elegance, with a delicate touch and a pinch of imagination... I felt really at ease. The menu is delicious and well-stocked. The meat was so tender it seemed like butter... quality definitely above average. I recommend the tasting menu, if you also want to enjoy an experience like the one we had on Saturday. The staff is very energetic and courteous; only one waitress was in such a hurry that she took our plates away while we were still swallowing... a little scolding wouldn't hurt! Bel locale e buona accoglienza. Trovato per vicinanza al parco Virgiliano. Abbiamo mangiato un po' di tutto scegliendo dal menù e la qualità è notevole.
