The structure is a bit dated, especially in the bathrooms. The spa is very nice and the breakfast is sufficient.

Excellent hotel for conferences, parking is lacking

We spent two wonderful nights, a true dream! The spa gave us the relaxation we were looking for, exactly what we hoped for. The only small flaw was the Jacuzzi tub, which unfortunately didn't smell good, but everything else was simply perfect. The restaurant is excellent: delicious dishes and impeccable service. Special thanks to Matteo, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made everything even more magical. ❤️ Thanks also to the bartender, always smiling and full of positive energy: he truly gave us a great vibe! What can I say... exceptional staff, attentive to every detail and capable of making us feel pampered at every moment. Thank you so much for making our romantic getaway so special! ❣️✨

The spa is very large and beautiful, the only flaw is that it's a bit too crowded, but the structure is beautiful.

My partner, three-month-old son, and I stayed at the Grand Hotel Villa Itria for one night, taking advantage of the "One Night Getaway" wellness package. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Marcella, a friendly and professional receptionist, who settled us into a wonderful room with a bathtub, terrace, comfortable bed, and soft bathrobes. The package included a 90-minute wellness program at the hotel's spa; a clean, relaxing place complete with every comfort: sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, hot tub, swimming pool, herbal tea corner with delicious biscuits... Before dinner, we stopped by the bar, where the bartender served us a welcome cocktail and prepared an excellent Negroni and Campari Spritz. Alessandro was extremely kind and promptly accommodated our requests! In the evening, we enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, welcomed by the impeccable elegance of the Maitre d' Matteo. The dinner consisted of three excellent courses; the kitchen expertly enhanced simple ingredients to create exquisite dishes.
