Grand Hotel Terme In Riolo terme

The facility is now dilapidated. I'll start by saying we've been guests for years, but unfortunately we found the place abandoned. The spa is in poor condition, half the whirlpool jets aren't working, the chromotherapy isn't working, nor is the aromatherapy in the Turkish bath. The sensory showers and ice waterfall aren't working either. The herbal tea corner is nonexistent; there's an empty kettle and paper cups. The saunas are turned on intermittently, making afternoon treatments impossible because only one person handles appointments and treatments. The bar is self-service; you have to prepare everything yourself and keep track of your consumption. Staffing has been drastically reduced, making the stay unpleasant. In short, after so many years, we're forced to change locations.

Wonderful place, but above all, welcoming. The receptionists, Sara and Domenico, were extremely kind and professional. Having a small child, we asked for favors several times, and they immediately granted them. The room was cozy and spacious. The spa was relaxing. On our first evening, we ate in the on-site restaurant, where we were very pleased. The breakfast buffet was generous. I don't understand the many negative reviews. I'll be back soon.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had the opportunity to enjoy the spa every day at any time. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

It's showing its age, but the quality-price ratio is guaranteed. The on-site spa offers excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious.

The structure is dated but still pleasant. Good value for money. The staff at reception and in the dining room were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was okay. The spa area was okay but could use some maintenance and modernization. February is still low season, so the town is quite deserted.

Arrived on Friday for a relaxing weekend. The spa is fantastic until 10:30 PM, the other spa closes at 8 PM. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a self-service bar where you can make your own drinks and then write down what you've ordered on a piece of paper and pay at the end. They have a small but adequate gym. They have a pool on the 7th floor, which is still closed. They open it in the summer. The breakfast is international, with everything from savory to sweet, and it's delicious. Our room was nice and small, with a balcony, a chair, a table, and an ashtray. The bathroom had a shower, and the hotel offers top-notch bath products, linens, and shower gel! The only thing is, the room was too hot even if you turned down the radiator! I hope to return, and in any case, I recommend it for a relaxing few days. ❤️
