Grand Hotel Terme In Riolo terme

We spent two nights in this hotel with our daughter, she had a blast. The pool was almost just for us because everyone preferred the one reserved for adults only. Varied and plentiful breakfast, very friendly staff and good dinner too. Everything was taken care of in the room and we appreciated the attention to the customer. Clean and spacious rooms. Perhaps, as I have already read in other reviews, some areas of the hotel would need a renovation but, having taken advantage of an excellent offer, we did not stop to look at these niceties.

Excellent experience, thanks to Alfonso for his availability and hospitality. Top structure for spa, restaurant and rooms.

We stayed in room 305 for 2 wonderful days which was truly wonderful relaxation thanks to the kitchen and dining room staff, they are wonderful people who truly know how to provide a wonderful welcome, thank you very much see you soon 😘

At the end of my stay in Chianciano Terme, my thanks go to all the staff present within the Hotel, who carried out an excellent job in terms of kindness, courtesy and professionalism, in particular the excellent Mrs Simona, from the Massage Centre, Mr Davide and Mrs. Liliana and all the restaurant staff, for the care and refined details reserved for the abundant and delicious dinners, Mr. Leonardo, always available and ready to intervene at any time, Mr. Alfonso, with his coffees and extremely kind lady Andrea and all the reception staff.
