Food was very creative in concept and artful in presentation. Didn’t like the fish dish. They worked around my allergies, but I could tell it was a challenge for them and not something they’re overly excited to have to do for guests. They did go out of their way and try and make gluten-free bread as the packaged options they offered were not very tasty. While the bread was a little bit of a flop. I certainly appreciate the effort. My husband loved the “mold” dish. Wines by the glass were also very good. Service overall was very good, but the timing was off with trying to serve several tables at once multiple courses and we waited over 45 minutes between our last course and dessert. After dessert, they come out with another set of tasty bites to try and send you home with some cookies. Nice touches.

Exquisite food for foodies. Service was friendly and attentive when available but a little slow. We had to pour our own water and wine sometimes. This doesn't usually bother me, but one excepts top attention for top money paid. Especially for the $150 per person Surprise Menu.

Oh guys! This place is just stunning!!! It's all you can expect from this kind of restaurant. I hope they will get Michelin star, they absolutely deserve it!!! Very welcoming staff, doing way better than they would have to. You have to try that! ❤️❤️❤️

It is hard to impress me as I have been to many great restaurants but this was a fantastic experience. We felt extremely and warm welcomed. The staff was naturally friendly and attentive, very professional. It seemed everyone enjoyed their job. The dishes presentation was really stunning- just look at the pictures and videos I took. The only thing to improve would be a normal pepper mill- not this press thing- the design is very nice but I personally found it a bit irritating 😜 We all had the Gherdena menu but you don’t have to all decide on the same menu on your table like in other places. I loved that!!!! Our son doesn’t like fish so they just adjusted for him. It is the best restaurant in Val Gardena for me and we will be back next year!
