I placed an order at a pastry shop to enjoy Barbera's excellent products in Milan. Once I received the package, I immediately noticed it contained many more products than I had ordered. So, I immediately reported the incident to Mrs. Cristina. I sent her photos of what I received, and she confirmed it was a mistake. Even though I wanted to keep only what I had ordered and naturally return the rest, Mrs. Cristina thanked me for reporting it and for being honest by giving me the rest of the products!
