Gran Caffé San Francesco was our first stop in Cosenza, and we were pleasantly impressed. The café is well-located and offers a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for starting the day. We appreciated the quality of the coffee and the variety of options available, from traditional breakfasts to local pastries. The service was friendly and prompt, contributing to a pleasant experience. In short, Gran Caffé San Francesco is a good starting point for exploring the city, offering an excellent selection of products in a comfortable setting.

A favorite bar. The lemon juice is guaranteed to be excellent. The ice cream is delicious, and the staff is always very friendly.

🎉 5-star review (plus one!) For my 40th birthday, I chose Bar Gran Caffè San Francesco, and I couldn't have made a better choice! They made me a spectacular fruit cake, a large cream baba with fruit, and a simply magnificent chocolate profiterole. All the products are handcrafted with fresh, top-quality ingredients, and you can taste it in every bite. The attention to detail, the deliciousness of the desserts, and the courtesy of the staff make this place truly special. If you try them once, you'll definitely come back! I'm giving them 5 stars only because I can't give them more... but they deserve at least one more for their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommended! 👏👏👏

Everything is good, prices are a little high

I come to Italy very often and especially to Cosenza and I had certainly never entered this cafe. It was difficult to find a parking space but after three laps of Piazza Europa I found a space. It was probably fate that "advised" me to enter this place. We consumed some filled focaccias, freshly squeezed orange juice (let's not forget that we are in the homeland of citrus fruits) and some small pastries accompanied by a delicious espresso. In addition to the fact that everything was good, we were favorably impressed by the kindness of the staff and the friendliness of the owner. I did not give 5 stars because there was no paper towels in the bathroom (this is not a criticism but a cue to check the services more often). I hope that the comment is read by many and that driven by curiosity they try the coffee maker.

Excellent aperitif with cutting board

3 of us went to the Gran Caffè SanFrancesco for an aperitif... Specifically we ordered 1 bitter, 1 crodino and 1 San Pellegrino cocktail with related rustici for each (see photo)... Everything is good and beautiful but honestly €12/person seems a little too exaggerated for what was ordered.

Anthology aperitif. Baba' epic. Amazing millefeuille.
